英文摘要: Supply Chain Financing business is the solution to the problem of upstream and downstream enterprise’s financing, it can reduce the financing cost and improve the core competitiveness of the relevant enterprises. The thesis analysis, supply chain finance business not only can create a new model of CITIC and customer cooperation, deepen relationships between our bank and customers; but also it is an important means of batch access to high-quality small and medium-sized customers, effective control of business risks. Coal Financing business is one of the important species of the Supply Chain Financing, development of Coal Financing business has very important significance for CITIC Bank. First, the thesis analyzed the internal and external environments for Coal Financing business. Through the analysis, draw the conclusion that, developing Coal Financing business is of great significances to the General Banking Department. The second, through analysis of coal financing business target customers, the thesis draws the conclusions that, General Banking Department should take the focus competitive strategy in coal financing business. Choose the high degree of dependence on the core enterprises customers as our target customers. Then the thesis analysis the path of implementation of the focus competitive strategy on coal financing business at General Banking Department, then draw the conclusions that: standard coal financing products and standard working processes; standard marketing processes; e-commerce, and online financing are important. Coal Financing business has a broad market space and long-term growth prospects, the thesis carefully studied the coal financial business system, found the importance to General Banking Department, detailed demonstrates to the development of Coal Financing business competitive strategy.
