中文摘要:地下水资源是我国主要的供水水源,占全国总供水量的近20%,在保证居民生活用水、社会经济发展和维持生态环境平衡等方面起着重要作用。随着我国社会经济的发展,地下水面临的环境压力增大,污染问题逐渐凸现,局部地区的地下水污染问题较为突出,对地下水的污染调查和修复势在必行。 本文对国内外地下水修复行业展开调研,研究地下水修复市场的发展现状,指出地下水修复市场处于早期发展阶段,修复市场空间还未完全打开,机遇与挑战并驾齐驱。但行业发展环境不成熟,市场尚处于混乱时期,限制了国内企业实力的快速提升。由于规划政策、技术、资金渠道等决定性因素的“缺位”,中国企业面临严峻的机遇与挑战。因此,企业需要理清战略思路,提升实力,找准定位。 煜环集团作为一家小型的民营企业,依托国家对地下水防治工作的支持和自身优势,谋求在地下水修复市场的创新和突破,成为技术创新型企业的先行者。笔者将煜环集团作为研究对象,剖析了集团现状以及面临的竞争形势,详细分析了集团的优劣势,并创新的提出了煜环集团的发展战略及实施计划。为了保障发展战略的顺利实施,从组织、技术、资源等三个方面设计了保障措施,以支持发展战略更有效的运作。 本文的创新点主要体现在三个方面:第一,本文重在理论联系实际,将管理学理论和企业实际有机的结合在一起,用管理学的理论分析企业所处的市场领域,提出煜环集团发展的发展战略,并将发展战略和实施策略一并研究,除了提出发展战略还提出具体的实施措施。第二,本文在对发展战略理论充分理解的基础上,详细设计实施措施,保障机制等,使得本论文结论更有说服力。第三,煜环集团提出以煜环为核心的商业生态系统,煜环作为独立单位,与其他单位竞争合作,形成独立创新的系统竞争模式。 
英文摘要:As a source of water supply, groundwater plays an important role in ensuring the living water, socio-economic development and maintaining ecological balance. Groundwater accounted for nearly 20% of the total water volume, which is strategic resource for supporting sustainable economic and social development. With the development of society and economy, more pressure is put on groundwater gradually, groundwater pollution problems have become increasingly apparent, especially some areas highlighted, in that pollution control and remediation of groundwater is imperative. This thesis studies the domestic and foreign market development status of groundwater remediation, indicating that groundwater remediation market is currently in its infancy, not open, implying that opportunities and challenges exist. But immature development of the industry environment, the market is still in the confused period, limiting the strength of the rapid increase of domestic enterprises. Because the key factors, such as policy mechanisms, mature technology, investment and financing channels, are still absent, and so Chinese enterprises face more severe challenges. Therefore, companies need to sort out the strategic thinking, improve strength, and pinpoint positioning. As a small private enterprise, relied on state support for the prevention and treatment of groundwater, combined with its advantages, Yuhuan Group seeks innovation and breakthrough in groundwater remediation market, expecting to become a pioneer of technological innovation-oriented enterprises. Taking Yuhuan Group as research subjects, the author analyzed the current situation and the competitive situation, put forward innovative Yuhuan Group's development strategy and implementation plan. In order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy more effectively, three aspects including organization, technology, and resources were designed as safeguards The innovation of this thesis is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first, this thesis combines theory and practice, the management theory and enterprise practice together organically, analyzes the market using management theory, established Yuhuan Group’s development strategy, at the same time, specific implementation measures are also presented. Second, on the basis of fully understanding of development strategy theory, the company designs implementation measures and safeguard mechanism, making the conclusion more persuasive. Third, business ecosystem based on Yuhuan is set up, in which Yuhuan compete and cooperate with other enterprises as an independent unit, and this forms a new systematic competition model.
