中文摘要:中文摘要改革开放以来,随着引进国外先进的技术和设备,国外的贸易公司也随之来到中国,并在中国建立分支机构。贸易公司在最终用户与国外生产企业之间建立起了一个贸易的桥梁。改革开放初期,国内急于引进国外各种先进的技术和设备,曾经一度是卖方市场,当时的贸易公司由于拥有国外及时的技术和设备信息,可以有效的充当起一个桥梁作用,并同时赚取了丰厚的利润。随着国内技术不断进步,互联网的快速发展,传统的依靠信息赚取利润的贸易公司逐渐被淘汰,其中部分发展较好的公司,随着市场的变化,改变了经营策略,目前仍然可以得到较好的发展。其中转型比较成功的贸易公司目前逐渐加入到国外品牌代理或分销的行列。在此环境下,销售代理型进口贸易企业怎样做才能很好地处理外部社会环境及经济环境的冲击,制定合理的发展战略并且采取一定的保障措施保证战略可以圆满完成是所有销售代理型进口贸易企业都会面临的一个亟待解决的问题。本文以LGS公司为研究对象,以战略管理理论作为理论支撑研究其发展战略。从LGS公司所处的战略宏观环境、产业环境、竞争环境以及内部环境入手,深入研究其发展战略,为其规划未来发展路径,并且以自身拥有的资源和能力为依托提出了一些保障措施,比如资源保证措施、组织保障措施、业务保障措施和信息保障措施等。关键词:战略;实施;保障;研究 
英文摘要:Abstract Since the reform and opening-up, foreign commercial companies have come to China and set up branch institutions together with the introduction of advanced technologies and equipment from abroad.Commercial companies have built a trade bridge between terminal users and foreign manufacturing enterprises.At the beginning of the reform and opening-up, China was eager to introduce various advanced technologies and equipment from abroad. It was once the sellers' market. Commercial companies at that time could effectively play the role of the bridge and made generous profits relying on their timely technologies and equipment information from abroad.Along with the continuous technological advance and rapid development of the Internet in China, traditional commercial companies, who relied on information to make profits, were gradually eliminated. Some well-developed companies have changed their operating strategies along with the market change, so they can still develop well at present.Among them, commercial companies with relatively successful transition have gradually joined the group of agents or distributors of foreign brands now.In this environment, it is an issue faced by all imported commercial enterprises of sales agent type to be addressed immediately that how imported commercial enterprises of sales agent type are going to deal with the impact of outside social environment and economic environment perfectly, formulate appropriate development strategies, and take certain supporting measures to make sure that the strategies can be perfectly completed. This thesis takes LGS Company as the research object and uses the strategic management theory as the theoretical foundation to study its development strategy.Starting from the strategical macro-environment, industrial environment, competition environment and internal environment of LGS Company, this thesis deeply investigates its development strategy and plans the future development path for it. It also proposes some supporting measures such as resource guarantee measure, organizational assurance measure, business assurance measure and information assurance measure relying on its own resource and capability.
