中文摘要:摘 要 化学工程项目建设是我国化工企业发展建设的一种手段,化学工程建设当中机电安装占有非常重要的比例。当前,化工企业处于快速发展阶段,与此相对应,化工项目建设,企业对机电一体化程度要求也越来越高。特别是随着经济和科技发展,化工项目装置的大型化、投资的巨额化、技术的复杂化趋势日益明显,项目实施过程中,企业需要项目能够保质保量按时完工,早日产生效益,管理者们对于进度管理愈来愈重视。在项目建设当中,机电安装工程项目的进度管理的重要性已为人们所认同,但在理论上和实践中仍存在很多不足。在原有管理模式基础上,对其进行完善,使之变成一种实际可操作性强的适用于企业内部的化学工程机电安装项目的进度管理模式,已成为亟需研究的重要现实课题。 随着建筑工程工期时间的逐步压缩,机电安装工程的进度直接关系到不同的电气设备。工程仪器仪表功能的逐步增强,将引致整体的单位工程较为正常地运转。就项目施工情况而言,它指的就是企业整个项目工程开始施工时的投标到保修期满为止的全过程中所完成的项目施工。而项目施工管理,它主要是指通过企业的管理,并实施系统化的观点、科学技术以及理论对施工项目,能够有序地组织、计划、监督、协调、控制,并实现建筑工程的优化管理。 21世纪以来,社会经济的迅速发展,对化工企业项目管理模式也产生巨大的影响。现代科技进步瞬息万变,企业的进度管理理论的更新也必须与时俱进,只有这样才能帮助企业实现进度管理目标。本文通过对工业项目机电安装工程项目进度管理影响的因素作深入的分析,阐述其项目进度管理的控制措施,指出建设单位、施工单位,必须通过紧密合作,制定科学的管理计划,不同单位的有效的组织管理,才能保证安装工程能够按期地完成。随着建设工期的逐步压缩,建设单位对施工进度要求将逐渐增强。建设单位的目标是从项目立项开始一直到动用,对整个项目进行时间管理。而工程项目施工是相对动态的过程,建设单位的时间管理也是不断的变化着的。就工程施工管理的经验而言,我们将对化学工程机电设备安装工程时间管理作深入的探讨分析。本文以天津长芦汉沽盐场有限责任公司四溴双酚A项目机电安装工程为例,通过对项目时间管理理论的学习和研究,运用科学地项目时间进度管理理论方法,分析项目建设过程中的独特性,影响项目时间管理的因素,并提出相应对策。本文通过简单介绍了TBBA项目的特点,分析了一些主要影响因素,进行了独特性分析,如在项目前期,TBBA项目的资金、决策问题。在项目实施过程中,如何管理项目实施,组织机构的建立等。管理人员对于施工合同进行跟踪,监督施工单位的合同履行。根据项目的特点,确定项目质量管理目标,同时提出相应的质量控制对策、建立了比较完善的项目质量控制体系,较好地解决项目质量管理过程中存在的问题。 在项目施工工程中,我们必须要实现资源合理化的配置、管理要素的优化组合,以此确保在管理中的均衡性,结合现代化的管理理论和方法,实现既定的项目目标,从而使企业增强自身的综合效益。而就项目管理而言,它是对质量、成本、安全以及现场施工实现能动的管理,在项目管理的过程中,更多的是考虑项目的进度、安全因素以及项目施工成本等。工程项目进度管理是工程项目建设监理的重要内容之一, 非常重要。工程项目进度管理是将工程的实际进度通过一定管 理方法,使之符合计划进度的规定,出现实际进度偏离了计划进度,应当采取相应措施,保证按合同工期完成工程项目。工程项目工期拖延后,使工程不能按期受益,会造成重大损失, 影响工程项目的效益。但是只为加快项目进度,同样会增加大 量的额外成本。工程项目建设进度应统一调控,使之与投入资金、设备条件、原材料等方面保持一致,并符合项目所在地的 各种自然规律。因此,工程项目进度管理对于工程项目的质量、 安全及经济效益具有重要的意义。 本文通过项目时间管理理论与实际的应用,逐渐完善了原来企业在安装项目当中的管理体系,并逐渐应用与整个项目。运用较先进的进度管理的方法并结合,结合公司建设工程改造项目的特点和实际,对影响进度控制因素进行了一定的分析,并提出相应的对策,解决了安装项目当中经常出现的问题。经过本文案例的实际应用,也为今后其他项目的开展,特别是事先控制提供参考.运用三种研究方法.文献分析法。广泛查阅互联网、数据库、专著等各种文献资料,对进度管理理论、风险管理理论、项目管理理论、成本管理理论等进行了系统梳理,对国内外进度管理、项目进度的具体实务应用进行了深入研究。综合实践法。项目进度管理是非常先进的理论和技术,已得到广泛应用。本文通过分析梳理已有研究成果和相关理论,结合工作实践及体会,尝试性地将先进的进度管理理念、方法进行应用,并在本研究中通过对化工项目机电安装进度管理的实现中加以展示。 案例分析法。在经过缜密的理论和实证分析后,本文运用研究成果对具体的项目案例进行了例证分析,从而将进度管理工具实用化,证明研究成果的可应用性。 关键字:进度管理;项目进度;机电安装;  
英文摘要:Abstract Chemical engineering project construction is a kind of means to develop the construction of chemical enterprises in China, chemical engineering construction occupies a very important proportion of mechanical and electrical installation. At present, the chemical enterprise in the stage of rapid development, corresponding with this, chemical construction projects, enterprises are also more and more high requirements on mechanical and electrical integration. Especially with the development of economy and science and technology, chemical project device of large-scale, investment and technology complex trend is increasingly clear, the project implementation process, enterprises need to project to the quality and quantity on time, as soon as possible to produce benefits, managers pay more and more attention to the schedule management. In the project construction, the importance of progress management of electromechanical installation engineering project has been approved by people, but there are still many problems in the theory and practice. This paper will make a thorough analysis of installing the construction schedule of the project which is impacted on industrial project, instrument, and the controlling measures of the schedule, which points out the constructing units through the closing cooperation, the developing scientific management plan, the different level of effective organization and management, which ensure the installation. With the gradual construction compression, the construction units are improving the construction schedule gradually. The target of construction units is the time management in the whole project from the construction beginning to the completion. The meantime, the construction is dynamic relatively, and the construction unit management adapts constantly.
