中文摘要：	物流产业是国民经济的基础产业，其关系着国民经济的命脉，在一定程度上可以体现一个国家的综合国力以及现代化程度。随着现代物流的发展，港口的重要性越来越突出，其独特的优势在物流中心的建设中作用显著。 随着经济的发展，沿海城市成为世界经济发展的黄金地带，于此同时，港口与世界物流体系联系最为密切。现代港口已经成为全球范围内综合运输网的重要节点，对经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。钦州市是北部湾经济区的核心城市，而钦州港是我国西部沿海地区唯一的保税港区，因此广西钦州港建设区域性国际物流中心具有重要的现实意义。全文主要由六章组成： 第一章主要概述了论文研究的背景及意义、研究的目的、研究的思路及方法，研究的内容。 第二章从对物流概念的研究出发，阐述了现代物流的定义、基本特征、分类、物流中心的定义、功能及建设区域物流中心所具备的环境条件。 第三章主要阐述了钦州港建设区域性国际物流中心的必要性；然后从SWOT分析法出发，分析钦州港所具有的优势与劣势，所面临的机遇与挑战，进一步对钦州港进行SWOT矩阵分析；最后对钦州港进行综合分析。 第四章主要阐述广西钦州港建设区域性国际物流中心的战略构想，主要是从战略目标、功能定位、建设思路等进行展开的。 第五章主要是阐述广西钦州港建设区域性国际物流中心的实施对策：首先是要进行机制、体制创新；然后是进行相关产业联动；最后是进行经济腹地延伸。 第六章主要是对本文进行了总结，然后提出论文的不足以及今后研究的发展方向。
英文摘要：	The logistics industry is the basic industry of national economy and it is the lifeblood of national economy. To a certain extent, the logistics industry can reflect a country's comprehensive national strength and modernization level. With the development of modern logistics, the port becomes more and more important, its unique advantages in the construction of logistics center becomes more significantly. With the development of economy, the coastal cities has become the gold zone of the world economy. At the same time, the port and the world logistics system is most closely connected. Modern ports have become an important node in the global scope of transportation network and it plays a vital role in economic development. Qinzhou is the core city of the northern Gulf Economic Zone and Qinzhou port is the only bonded port area in the west of China coastal areas. So Qinzhou Port’s construction of a regional international logistics center has important practical significance. The first chapter outlines the research ideas, methods of research background, significance, the thesis research purpose and research contents. The second chapter from the study on the concept of logistics as the starting point, expounds the definition, the modern logistics has the basic characteristics, classification, definition and function of logistics center and the construction of regional logistics center environmental conditions. The third chapter mainly elaborates the necessity of the construction of Qinzhou port regional international logistics center; then analysis starting from the SWOT, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Qinzhou port, the opportunities and challenges, further to the Qinzhou port SWOT matrix analysis; finally to port of Qinzhou to carry out comprehensive analysis. The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the strategic vision of Guangxi Qinzhou port construction of regional international logistics center, is mainly carries on the strategic objectives, function orientation, construction ideas etc.. The fifth chapter mainly expounds the implementation strategies of Guangxi Qinzhou port construction of regional international logistics center: the first is to conduct a mechanism, system innovation; then related industry linkage; finally is the economic hinterland extending. The sixth chapter is a summary of the paper, then puts forward the development direction of the shortage of the thesis and the future research.
