| 中文摘要: | 随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,这就要求企业不仅在产品功能,交货上满足客户,同时要巩固自己的实力,将成本控制到最低水平,力求超越竞争者。特别是经历过2008年的世界性经济危机后,顾客对于企业的要求已远远不能局限在产品的生产和提供服务上,在选择同种功能的产品时,顾客更加关注价格的高低。顾客需要的是更加多元的产品,更加低廉的价格,以及更加贴心满意的服务,这就给传统的企业带来了巨大的挑战。企业不仅要在研发新产品上下足功夫,还要更加关注采购成本,成本的高低越来越凸显了其对于一个企业的重要性,甚至成为决定企业成败的关键要素。霍尼韦尔公司是工业控制领域的龙头企业,在行业内其产品及服务水平都具有领先的优势。本文以霍尼韦尔公司为例,将理论与公司实际相结合,通过对霍尼韦尔公司的经营状况和产品特点分析,对霍尼韦尔公司中采购成本控制进行分析并提出详尽的改善方案,以增加企业在成本控制方面的优势,提高市场竞争力。文章首先阐明了研究背景、论文框架以及研究的目的和意义,然后对相关的理论进行了介绍,这些理论包括低成本战略、采购管理和采购策略以及供应商关系管理,为后续对公司以成本下降为目标的各项采购策略的介绍打下了坚实的理论基础。文章第三章介绍了霍尼韦尔公司的行业背景、公司运营现状以及在当今市场竞争中遇到的外部环境。从第四章开始,文章细致并深入的提出了作者针对公司采购成本现状提出的改善方案,并针对各类型的零件以及供应商特点提出详尽的采购策略选择方案。论文的主要创新点是基于公司采购成本问题的现状,结合当前公司所面临的行业环境以及客户需求,对企业采购成本控制目标提出具有针对性且详尽的采购策略选择方案。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of economics recently, the competition between each enterprise is more furious, this requires each enterprise be excellent not only on product, but also their strength and get cost win. Especially when encountered the world economic down in 2008, the requirement from customer is not only focus on the product and service, customers put more attention on the price when choosing the same character product. What customer wants is more diversified product, lower price and more satisfied service, this takes much bigger challenge to traditional company. Companies need to put in time and energy concentrate their efforts on new product R&D, and same time do more hard work on cost saving. Cost takes more and more important place for a company, even became the key factor in a company’s development. Honeywell is the leading company in industry control area, and have big advantage on their product and service. This thesis take Honeywell as example, descript the state of Honeywell’s business and character of their product. With combination of basic theory and company’s actual business situation, the thesis detailed introduces the improvement on Honeywell’s cost saving strategy, to strengthen Honeywell’s advantage on cost controlling and improve Honeywell’s market competency. The thesis begins with the background, thesis framework, research goal and the significance. And then introduces the basic theory, includes low cost strategy, purchasing management & purchasing strategy and supplier relationship management, which lays a solid foundation for following introduction on purchasing strategy which aimed at achieving low cost company strategy. In chapter three, the thesis introduces Honeywell’s industry background, actual business situation and the problem that Honeywell is facing in market competence. From Chapter four, the thesis introduces the improvement on each purchasing strategy which aimed at cost control. The innovation point of this thesis is the combination of theory and actual case study, detailed introduces each purchasing strategy which aimed at achieving low cost purpose and strengthen Honeywell’s competency in market. | |
