中文摘要：	小微企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，在加快科技创新、扩大社会就业、促进经济结构调整方面具有重要作用。近年来，我国小微企业发展迅速，据计世资讯数据显示，2013年我国各类小微企业（含个体工商户）数量达到5922.9万，较2012年增长了9.9%。其中小微企业为1486.6万，个体工商户为4436.3万户。如何释放这个庞大群体的生产力、创新力，成为中国经济发展的重要思考题目，而信息化与工业化的融合，无疑使促进这一庞大企业群体活跃的重要因素。C公司作为国内最大的专业面向这一市场的软件企业，其发展状态凸显了我国信息科技在应用领域中的写照，也体现出新型企业在管理思想、产业创新、和对市场的快速反应等方面变化，本文希望抓住这一变化时期中企业发展的痕迹，总结实践中的各种新理论、新经验，并在可预见的未来发展趋势中，掌握主动，提前做好思想准备。小微企业的划分是2011年6月，发改委、工信部、财政部、国家统计局四部委联合下发《中小微企业划型标准规定》，将中小微企业划分为中型、小型和微型三种类型，摆在C公司面前的是一个全新的市场，因此本文整合分析了大量数据，对小微企业软件和信息技术服务市场做了充分的研究，对现状以及未来发展趋势，都做细致的分析。在此研究基础上C公司提出了“云+端”模式的发展战略，本文论述了C公司在传统软件模式上优略，以及开启“云+端”战略的必要性和意义。并在这一发展方向上，C公司在组织定位、发展蓝图、企业运营、产业链建设等方面提出规划方案和落地执行关键动作。本课题的研究工作，对落实C公司战略转型提供了帮助，同时也对其他进入小微企业信息化服务市场的企业，具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	Small and micro enterprise which is an important force for national economic and social development in our country, plays an important role on speeding up scientific and technological innovation, expanding employment, promoting economic structure adjustment. In recent years, small and micro enterprises develop rapidly in our country, according to the IDG data report, all kinds of small enterprises in China in 2013 with a total of 59.229 million (including individually-owned business), increases 9.9% than the number of 2012, and among those the number of small micro enterprises is 14.866 million, individually-owned business is 44.363 million. It is an important issue of China's economic development that how to release the productivity and innovation of this huge group. And there is no doubt that, the fusion of informatization and industrialization, which promotes this large enterprise group to be active. As the largest software enterprise focus on this market professionally, the state of C company’s development is a reflection of information technology in the application field in our country, and also manifests the transformation of theories of management, industrial innovations, and rapid response to market of new type enterprises. This article hopes to seize the trace of enterprise development in this period of the transformation, and summarizes the various new theory, new experiences in practice, then prepares in advance, grasps the initiative in the foreseeable developing trend in the future. In June 2011, The standard rule of small and medium enterprises type, which is jointly issued by these four ministries: the national development and reform commission, ministry of industry, ministry of finance, national bureau of statistics, in which the micro, small and medium enterprises are divided into three types: the medium-sized, the small and the micro, that is a new market in front of C company. So this thesis integrates a large amount of data, does sufficient research of software for small and micro enterprise and the service market of information and technology, does detailed analysis of the current situation and development trend in the future. On the basis of studying, C company proposed the strategy of "cloud + end" model. This thesis discusses the strengths and weaknesses on the traditional model of software, and the necessity and significance to open strategy of "cloud + end". And, on this direction, C company comes up with planning scheme and the key performance on fixing position, the blueprint, the enterprise operation and industry chain construction. This research is helpful to implement the strategy of C company transformation, but also offers some reference value for other enterprises in information service market of small and micro-sized enterprises.
