| 中文摘要: | 自二十世纪改革开放以来,经济全球化、中国进入知识经济时代,飞速发展的经济使得企业文化越来越多地被中国企业所了解,越来越多地得到中国企业家、经济学家的推崇和研究探索。与之同时的,一个全新的职业—职业经理人,也开始在国人的视野中崭露头角。国内职业经理人的成功范例让人心生向往。但是,多年以来,职业经理人在中国发展过程中的失败案例也无时无刻不在警示着新生的职业经理人。 不管是成功还是失败的案例,都很少有人将职业经理人与企业文化联系到一起,但不可否认的是,成功的职业经理人往往与之相融合甚至完全掌控着一个企业的文化,而失败者通常没能与企业文化相融合,换言之,被原本的企业文化所击败。 本文通过例举个人在工作生活中所切身遭遇过、或是与朋友交流过程中得知的一些案例,以及部分例举中国职业经理人发展史上的有名事件,结合前人的知识理论,论证职业经理人的成功与企业文化改造融合的关系,对塑造企业文化过程中需要面对的问题进行分析研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Since the twentieth century of economic globalization, China enters an era of knowledge-driven economy and achieves rapid development as it has adopted the policy of opening up and reform. In that context, corporate culture is coming to eyes of Chinese businesses and being the object for dissemination and study by Chinese entrepreneurs and economists. At the same time, more and more Chinese people are opting for professional manager as their new profession and they are also being inspired by the successful cases among them. However, many failed cases are also emerging as an alert to those new colleagues that corporate culture is a determinant component when it is associating with professional manager. It is undeniable that one will not be a great professional manager until he gets to know the corporate culture or even gain full control of it. In other words, one is doomed to failure without a better understanding of corporate culture. In thesis, I will demonstrate the inseparable relations between professional manager and corporate culture in light of distinctive examples cited from my working experiences, and some cases offered by my friends, as well as a few successful stories in China. All these efforts will contribute to analyzing and studying those problems occurred in the process of cultivating a corporate culture | |
