| 中文摘要： | 经济全球化必然导致的一个重要结果，高速发展的中国经济使得“走出去”成为我国企业重要的战略扩张手段，通过这种方式获得急需的资源、先进的技术、管理经验等。但是在非投资与世界其它地区相比具有特殊性，友好的中非关系使得中国鼓励中国企业对非投资多以政治援助为主要目的，但同时很多中国企业对在非投资存在顾忌，但是双方的资源互补性和非洲对中国成熟产业的承接能力方面，以及通过投资缓解中国与世界其它地区的贸易摩擦，都说明中国企业对非投资具有必要性。论文首先分析了我国企业在非洲投资的可行性，然后，通过采用SWOT分析方法对中国企业在非投资进行了分析，从数量、规模、领域、行业、方式等投资内容阐明了中国企业在非洲投资的现状，以此为基础从目标、地区和产业、方式等方面提出我国企业在非洲直接投资的战略选择。论文最后运用相关理论对我公司在非投资进行了战略分析。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Foreign direct investment is the inevitable result of economic globalization, with the rapid development of Chinese economic, ‘going out’ has become important means of enterprise strategic expansion in China, through foreign investment to access to much-needed resources, advanced technology ,management experience and so on. But compared with other regions, investing in Africa is special. China-Africa friendly relationship makes China encourage Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa for political assistance as their main purpose. It also makes a number of Chinese enterprises to have concerns about investment in Africa. But both sides in the complementarity of resources and carrying capacity of mature industry to China in Africa, and by investing can ease in China and other parts of the trade friction, all can show that it is necessary for China to invest in Africa. Paper first conducted a feasibility analysis on Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa, then, from the investment in the number, size, sector, industry, and so on to present situation of Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa, using SWOT to analysis of Chinese enterprises invest in Africa, based on this type, from the target, areas and industries, way to make the strategic choice of China's enterprises ' direct investment in Africa. Last, paper uses the theory to analysis the strategic choice of Huamao’s investment in Africa. | |
