| 中文摘要: | 施工工期相对较长、技术体系复杂、施工环节交织繁杂和其他不可预计影响因素较多,确定了火电施工过程的经济效益不确定性因素具有很大的不可预见性和动态不确定性,所以火电项目施工项目过程中存在着很大的风险。因此对火电施工项目安全风险评价、风险指标体系及风险预防措施进行研究具有很重要的意义。回想过去项目经验,结合目前施工实际,发觉了遵循现代项目管理中的风险管理的相关理论,可以更好的分析火电施工项目的风险现状和现在所面临的困难处境,指导火电施工风险管理的稳定发展和稳步推进。本论文回顾了项目安全风险管理的相关理论,分析了火电施工市场的特征和火电施工项目的特殊性,对火电施工项目所面临的安全风险管理问题进行了识别。运用模糊综合评价数学方法建立了火电施工项目安全风险体系,确定了项目安全风险评价等级,提出了相应的应对措施。 作者以国电天津北塘热电项目为背景,开展了安全风险综合评价实例评估,辨识获得了各类型风险的形成因素,并对项目做出了宏观的风险等级评价。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The long work period, the complicate technique, the more construction link and supervision factor, the unpredictability and random of the indetermination factor which affecting construction process and economic performance make the bigger risk of the fire power construction project. Therefore the research on the risk evaluation and the index systems of the fire power construction project has the very important meaning. Reviewing the past, we discover that we can unscramble the present condition of the market, the actual difficulty and guide the development of the industry in virtue of the risk management theories of the modern project management. This paper reviews the related theories of the project safety risk management, analyzes the unique characteristics and thermal power construction project of thermal power construction market,safety management problems faced in thermal power construction projects are identified. Get the security risk system of thermal power construction project using fuzzy evaluation method, determining the project safety risk evaluation grade, puts forward countermeasures. According to the background in Tianjin Beitang thermal power engineering, has carried on the empirical research on risk evaluation, risk evaluation of construction that scores overall engineering at all levels, risk factors. | |
