| 中文摘要: | 天津海晶聚合有限公司是在我公司下属海丰公司以及海晶新利纤维有限公司的基础上成立起来的,生产PA6切片,满足下游海晶新利公司的原料需求。该项目分两期建设,一期建设两条生产线,一条为100吨/天生产线,一条为40吨/天生产线;二期建设一条100吨/天生产线。主要产品为锦纶6民用丝高速纺切片。一期项目已于2010年3月28日建成开车生产。为了取得更好的经济效益,进一步完善公司锦纶化纤产业链,加强产业竞争力,我公司拟上聚合二期项目。因此,开展该项目的风险管理研究,能够有效的识别、评估海晶聚合PA6二期项目所面临的各种风险,采取相应的措施进行风险的管理和控制,保证项目的顺利进行。本文首先介绍工程项目风险管理研究国内外现状,风险的分类与特征,工程项目风险管理的特点以及国内项目风险管理的发展现状、趋势以及重要性,其次介绍风险识别和评估的过程、方法,然后分析介绍了海晶集团及海晶聚合PA6二期项目概况,最后利用德尔菲专家调查法进行项目整体风险识别,根据调查结果构建层次结构模型,再利用层次分析法进行风险评估,根据风险识别和评估结果提出风险应对措施。本文创新点在于围绕海晶聚合PA6二期项目的风险管理理论研究,创新性的运用专家德尔菲方法对石油化工项目进行风险识别,运用层次分析法对风险进行等级划分,并对分析结果进行评估,客观的认识项目所存在的风险,以便项目实施运营过程中更好的应对风险,制定出相应的风险管理应对措施,减少和避免项目的经济损失。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Tianjin haijing polymer co., LTD was established on the basis of the subordinate haifeng company and haijing xinli fiber co., LTD, produce PA6 slice, meet the demand of downstream haijing xinli company of raw materials. Construction of the project is divided into two phase, the first phase of construction of two production lines, A 100 tons/day for production line, a production line for 40 tons/day; Second phase of construction of a 100 tons/day production line. Main products are nylon 6 civil wire high speed spinning. First phase of the project was established in March 28, 2010. In order to achieve better economic efficiency, improve company polyamide fiber industry chain, enhance industrial competitiveness, our company plans on polymerization phase ii project. Therefore, Carrying out the project risk management research, to be able to effectively identify, evaluate the haijing polymer PA6 phase ii project risks faced by the corresponding measures for risk management and control, ensure the smooth progress of the project. Firstly, the engineering project risk management research status at home and abroad are introduced, the Classification and the characteristics of the risk, the characteristics of the engineering project risk management and the domestic development present situation, trend and the importance of project risk management. Secondly introduced the process of risk identification and evaluation, the method, and then introduced the sea crystal group and crystal polymer PA6 phase ii project. Finally using Delphi expert investigation method to carry on the whole project risk identification, hierarchy structure model is established according to the results of the survey to using the analytic hierarchy process in risk assessment, according to the result of risk identification and assessment, put forward the risk countermeasures. Innovation point lies in the surrounding sea crystal aggregation PA6 phase ii project risk management theories, the use of innovative expert Delphi method is used to identify the risk of petrochemical project, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to hierarchy of risk, and to evaluate the results of the analysis, an objective understanding of the risk in the project, in order to better cope with risks in the process of operating the project, formulate the corresponding risk management measures, to reduce and avoid economic losses of the project. | |
