| 中文摘要: | 绩效管理在人力资源管理中的地位不言而喻。而制定绩效计划合理性的缺失、绩效辅导有限更甚不足、绩效考核不够客观或数据系统无法支撑、绩效结果应用不到位、绩效沟通缺乏机制和方法技巧,且绩效管理会受到行业区别、发展阶段区别、文化背景区别的影响,造成机制差异,具有强烈的个性化区别,都使绩效管理的实际功能和效用备受质疑。本文首先对绩效管理的相关理论、概念进行了论述,并阐述了国内外绩效管理的研究现状。其次,对服装行业的发展状况进行了阐述,分析了深圳YJ服饰有限公司的绩效管理现状及存在问题,并解构绩效管理问题的成因。再次,设计深圳YJ服饰有限公司进行绩效管理改进的原则和具体方案、实施计划。最后,提出绩效管理改进方案的相关保障因素和措施,确保深圳YJ服饰公司新的绩效管理体系可以系统、高效地发挥人力资源管理作用。通过本文研究,一方面为深圳YJ服饰有限公司绩效管理提出优化方案。另一方面,对于我国服装企业逐步改进绩效管理现存问题,建立有效的绩效管理体系提高人力资源管理水平和企业效率,都提供一定借鉴和参考作用。 关键词:服装行业 绩效管理 绩效管理改进 | |
| 英文摘要: | Performance management is obviously important for human resources management. While, rationality of performance plans is always missing, performance counseling is insufficient, and performance assessment has no enough objective or data system, and performance results have application problems, and performance communication lack of mechanism and skills, as well as performance management may be influenced by industry, development stage, culture background, which all make differences of performance management methods and mechanism and have various influences on employee and team members’ attitude and behavior/ performance. Therefore, the function and utility of performance management are always be focused and also be questioned. In this thesis, the author firstly demonstrates related theories, concepts and current situation of performance management. Then, the paper discusses the development of clothing industry and analyzes the performance management problems and causes of Shenzhen YJ Clothing Company. Thirdly, the article designs performance management improvement principle, program and implementation plan as well. Finally, it provides supporting measures for the improvement program implementation in order to ensure the new performance management plan can be carried out systematically and efficiently. Through this research, we supply performance management improvement program for Shenzhen YJ clothing limited company and also provide some references for China’s clothing enterprises and accordingly improve HRM level and efficiency of enterprise.
