| 中文摘要: | 甚嚣尘上的葛兰素史克(以下简称GSK)商业贿赂门事件随着近日中国政府给GSK开出的一张30亿人民币罚单而告一段落。GSK事件给外资医药企业如何在中国开展业务进行商业推广及产品销售敲响了警钟,对于医药供应链的发展产生了深远而巨大的影响。为了规避类似事件重演并推动中国医药行业的健康发展,GSK在2014年公开招标,寻找其国内医药供应链管理的整体服务提供商。本文站在投标方的角度,运用供应链相关理论知识剖析医药供应链的特殊性。通过分析GSK的供应链管理需求专门为其提供一体化的实施保障方案。目的旨在获得GSK在中国所有产品的分销及物流配送业务,为中国医药供应链服务的健康发展提供理论依据和思路。 本研究的结构安排如下。首先对研究的背景和目的进行了简要介绍,并给出了本文将要研究的内容、使用的理论、方法及全文的结构框架。同样在该部分综述了经典供应链理论,SCOR模型以及医药行业供应链管理的特色,从中汲取可以促使本公司赢得GSK招标项目的理论和方法论指导。 在第二部分,运用PEST模型从政治,经济,社会和技术发展方面论述目前国内医药流通行业的现状和发展态势,以及国药公司的历史发展和行业的地位,对本公司的竞争优劣势通过波特五力模型进行分析。同时,联系GSK供应链的特色,通过对照表形式将国药公司的服务特色和GSK的招标需求进行对照,为本公司针对性为GSK提供供应链管理服务确认可行性。 第三部分,基于第一第二部分的内容,为GSK供应链提供整体方案设计。从信息服务,进口寄售,财务管理,招标支持,质量管理和物流服务等六个方面一体化的提出国药控股的供应链服务方案设计。 第四部分,基于第三部分的理论内容,该部分将继续阐述本公司将为GSK提供的其他增值服务。如,零售及直销,医院开放与营销协作等。并且,基于前述内容提出重新设计未来物流网络,完善冷链和最后一公里布局,建设健康之星O2O电商平台等想法为进一步完善医药行业供应链公司发展提出思路。 在最后的第五部分,在前面理论分析、行业分析和GSK项目具体分析,本公司供应链发展新思路的基础上,对前文进行总结提升,形成结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China government issued a ticket with CNY$3 billion to Glaxo SmithKline (short as GSK) to penalize its bribe activity to hospitals and government officers which have big effect on marketing and promotion activities of pharmaceutical multi-national companies in China. GSK case has deep and big effect on the industry development. It shows the problems that multi-national pharmaceutical companies supply chain practice. In order to avoid the similar issue from happening again and in order to push for the sound development of Chinese health care industry, GSK issued a bidding in 2014 to seek suitable integration supply chain service provide in China. This article will be issued from the bidder’s point of view by using supply chain related theories to analysis the feature of pharmaceutical supply chain and the specialty of GSK supply chain requirement to give an integration supply chain management solution. The aim of this article is to win the GSK bidding project for distribution and logistics of all GSK Chinese items. Further, we also try to give theory basis and ideas for Chinese pharmaceutical supply chain development. The research framework is arranged as follows. First, we briefly introduced the background and purpose of the study, given the content of this article is to study the use of theory, method, and the full text of the structural framework. Also in this part, the theory system and methodology of classic supply chain theory, SCOR model and the feature of pharmaceutical supply chain are reviewed which offers theoretical and methodological guidance for Sinopharm to win the GSK bidding project. In the second part, we overall discuss the current domestic pharmaceutical distribution situation and future development trend by using of PEST Analysis of major magnesium powder destined countries’ political, economic, social and technological developments. Sinopharm’s history, development trend and the role in the industry will also be mentioned in this part. Michael Porter’s Five forces Mode will be used to analysis Sinopharm’s merits and demerits. In the meanwhile, GSK’s supply chain’s characteristics will be analysis in this part in order to compare with the service Sinopharm can provide. By doing so, Sinopharm will demonstrate the possibility of cooperate with GSK for the project. The third part raise the integration GSK supply chain service proposal on the basis of part one and part two. Sinopharm’s proposal will cover 6 parts. They are information service, consignment importation, finance management, bidding supporting, quality assurance and logistics service. In order to support the bidding proposal, the ERP and WMS system merge; consignment business analysis; SWOT analysis; information management platform; game theory mode and SAVE system will be used. In the fourth part, the detailed value add service Sinopharm provid for GSK project will be mentioned based on the theory study in previous part. The value add service include but not limited to retail and DTC service; hospital exploration service; marketing and cooperation service and government affairs related. What’s more, Sinopharm is also pay attention to re-structuring the physical logistics network; improving cold-chain shipment and last-mile delivery service and establishing O2O website business platform in order to give hit on the development of pharmaceutical distribution companies as well as Chinese pharmaceutical field. In the fifth part, also the last part, the conclusion will be made based on the theory analysis, industry analysis and GSK project analysis result. The new ideas related to company’s future development will be pointed out as well. | |
