| 中文摘要: | 从20世纪90年代开始,经过信息技术革命的推动后,人类正式踏进了新技术、新模式的网络经济时代。就如同19世纪的蒸汽机和电力一样,在当前时代下,网络已经成为了一种生产力引擎,其功能作用已经渗透到了生活和生产的各个方面、各个领域。在当前互联网时代下,越来越多的实体信息互联网数字化使得许多的线下行为持续地向线上发展,人类社会的数字化、虚拟化程度在不断加深。 本论文认为,互联网的迅猛发展正深刻地从本质上影响着人类社会的生活方式、组织形态和商业模式。从一定程度上来讲,已经颠覆了商业银行的传统线下经营模式。在当前互联网时代下,商业银行应当深刻领会互联网时代下新的商业模式和新的生活方式的变化趋势,加强对技术渗透力量的重视,深入地对移动通信、云计算等技术所带来的深远影响进行研究,将互联网所带来的新的生活、新的科技和新的商业模式融入自身的经营中去,不断进行创新,从而把自身打造成符合当前网络经济时代下新商业运作规律的创新金融服务提供方。当前互联网时代下的新型商业银行应是渠道整合的、互动的、个性化的、开放的、云中的、立体营销的,才能使自身能顺应互联网时代的线上环境,在此基础上不断繁衍并成长,使自己不至于被互联网时代所淘汰。 本论文从机构的视角和功能的视角出发,对互联网时代下新金融的产生和成长以及其对传统的金融商业模式的冲击和推动进行研究。并采用实证的方法,对当前互联网时代下,商业银行所面临的模式变化和经营环境进行了分析。同时对当前互联网时代下的新金融模式的衍生和发展方向,以及当前所产生的一系列业萌芽进行了预判。在论文最后,就我国商业银行业在当前互联网时代下的战略选择提出了一些建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | After driving the information technology revolution, humans officially entered the network economy era of new technologies, new models,beginning in the 1990s. Like steam engine and electricity of 19th-century, the network has become a productive engine in the current era, and its functional role has penetrated into all aspects of life and production fields. In the current era of the Internet, more and more solid information on the Internet makes many of digitizing offline to the online behavior of sustained development, human society digitization, virtualization degree continues to deepen. This thesis argues that the rapid development of the Internet is having a profound impact on human society lifestyle essence, morphology and business models. To some extent, in terms of the line has subverted the traditional commercial banking business model. In the current era of the Internet, commercial banks should deeply understand the new business models and new lifestyle trends, the importance of strengthening the power of technology penetration depth of mobile communications, cloud computing and other technologies brought far-reaching impact studies. The Internet brought new life, new technology and new business models integrate their operations to constantly innovate, thus bringing itself into compliance with the new law of commercial operations under the current era of network economy innovative financial services provider. The new commercial banking channels under the current Internet era should be integrated, interactive, personalized, open, cloud, three-dimensional marketing, in order to make themselves able to adapt to the online environment of the Internet era, on this basis, continue to multiply and grow, so that their Internet age will not be eliminated. In this thesis, I research the next generation of the Internet age and growth of new financial as well as its traditional business model of the financial impact and promote in the perspective of the organization and functions of the perspective view. Besides, commercial banks are facing mode changes and business environment under the current age of the Internet are analyzed, using empirical methods. And the current direction of development of new derivatives and financial models under the era of the Internet, as well as a series of industry sprout currently generated by the pre-judgment. Finally, some strategic choices of China's commercial banks under the current Internet era are given in the end of this thesis. | |
