中文摘要:企业文化已经逐渐成为决定企业兴衰成败的关键因素。建设优秀的企业文化,成为建筑施工企业必须探讨的重要课题。本文通过研究建筑施工的企业文化,对于建筑施工类企业提升核心竞争力,具有重要意义。 本文在总结国内外企业文化研究成果的基础上,分析了企业文化的结构、类型及功能,以及对美国、日本企业文化的成功经验进行了分析。在分析理论的基础上,本文以天津市管道工程集团有限公司企业文化的理念体系作为案例,对已有的实践成效进行了综合研究。天津管道工程集团的企业文化理念分为核心层理念和关键领域理念,其中核心层理念由企业核心价值观、企业愿景、企业精神、企业哲学和企业宗旨组成,关键领域理念分为经营类理念和基础管理类理念两大类组成。本文对核心层理念和关键领域理念分别进行研究。首先在对天津管道工程核心层理念进行释义的基础上,对核心层的5大理念之间的关系进行了分析,并重点对企业如何践行核心价值观以及所取得的成效进行了阐述;其次,文章又对天津管道工程集团关键领域的11个分理念的意义和实施效果做了分析,并对不足之处和如何改进提出了见解。 通过对天津管道工程集团企业文化理念体系实际案例的分析研究,得出结论:建筑施工企业应构建符合自身发展的企业文化,使企业文化成为企业创新发展的动力,通过企业文化来实现企业发展战略。本文也指出,企业文化建设是一项艰巨的工作,需要通过长期的强化、吸收、积累方可达到。 
英文摘要:Corporation culture has gradually become a key deciding factor in success or failure. Building excellent corporation culture, become the important subject of construction corporations must explore. Researching corporation culture is the great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of construction corporations. This thesis summarizes corporation culture at home and abroad on the basis of research results analyzes the structure, types and functions of corporation culture, analyzes the United States of America, the successful experience of Japanese corporation culture construction. In this thesis, we take the corporation culture of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co. Ltd. as a case study on the basis of theoretical analysis. The corporation culture of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co. Ltd. is divided into core ideas and key ideas. The core ideas concept by corporation core values, corporation vision, entrepreneurship, corporation philosophy and business purposes composition. The key idea is composed of management idea and management concept in two categories. In this thesis, the core ideas and key ideas are studied respectively. Thesis analyzes the relationship between the 5 concepts of core ideas on the based of the interpretation. This thesis focuses on how to practice the core values and elaborated its achievements. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the concept of the 11 critical areas and their effect. Finally, the thesis makes personal insights on the company's corporation culture construction weaknesses and improvements. The thesis draws the conclusion through the analysis of the corporation culture construction of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group case: construction corporations should establish their own development of the corporation culture, and uses the corporation culture as the motive power of corporation innovation and development, and achieved development strategies through the corporation culture of corporation. The thesis also pointed out that, the corporation culture construction is a long-term work, and needs strengthen the long-term, absorption, accumulation to achieve.
