| 中文摘要: | 本论文以廊坊QZ汽车配件有限公司的管理模式转型为研究对象,以企业的经营效益和可持续发展为主线,对廊坊QZ汽车配件有限公司在管理模式转型过程中遇到的问题进行研究和分析,并制定解决对策。管理模式是指企业为实现经营目标组织其资源,进行生产活动的基本框架和方式。真正的、现代意义的管理,都要通过管理模式来进行。管理模式是在管理理念的指导下构建起来的,由管理方法、管理模型、管理制度、管理工具、管理程序组成的管理行为体系结构。伴随着中国汽车工业的迅速发展和市场的激烈竞争,中国汽车零部件产业面临着巨大的发展空间和挑战,尤其是民营汽车零部件企业,引进并借鉴先进的管理理念,进行管理模式的转型已成为民营汽车零部件企业必须面对的课题,而且影响着民营汽车零部件企业的生存和可持续发展。汽车零部件工业属于资金密集型、技术密集型、人才密集型的高端制造装备业,对整个供应链的经营管理能力要求极高,尤其是一级配套企业。在这样的环境和背景之下,2007年1月,公司研究决定企业进行管理模式的转型,以适应汽车行业的要求和公司可持续发展的要求。管理模式转型的核心是企业经营管理人员管理观念的转变,通过持续的学习和改进,由传统的家族管理模式向现代企业管理模式转型,建立现代企业制度,提升企业的系统经营和管理能力,在企业的发展过程中不断改进和修正自身的管理模式,确保企业在不同阶段的生存和可持续发展。本文通过研究和分析廊坊QZ汽车配件有限公司在经营发展过程中原有管理模式的利弊,以及管理模式转型给企业带来的经营业绩提升,分析了企业在管理模式转型过程中存在的问题及问题产生的原因,并给出了具体的解决对策,系统论述了管理模式转型对企业经营的影响和意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | This thesis mainly talks about management mode transition of Langfang QZ automobile parts Co., Ltd. as research object, talks about the management benefit and sustainable development as the main clue of the article, the problems of Langfang QZ automobile parts Co., Ltd. In management mode transition process research and analysis, and constitute the measures to solve the problem. The management mode is a basic framework and method that enterprise was organize resources and production activities to achieve business objectives. The real and the modern management must operate through the management mode. The foundation of management mode is according to instruct of management concepts, it is a management behavior system structure that was constituted by management method, management model, management system, management tooling and management procedures. With the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry and the fierce competition in the market that Chinese automobile parts industry face great opportunities and challenges, especially the private automobile parts enterprises, introduce and reference advanced management concepts, carry through management mode transition have become the private automobile parts enterprises must face to problem, and have affect the private automobile parts enterprises survival and sustainable development. Automobile parts industry belongs to the high-level manufacturing equipment industry for capital-intensive, skill-intensive and personnel intensive, capability of operation and management were requested very high to all supplier chain, especially the first level supplier. In such an environment and background, he company study on decision management mode transition on Jan. 2007, to adapt request of automobile industry and corporate sustainable development. The core of management mode transition is change of management concepts of corporate managerial force, through continuous learning and improvement, management mode transition from the traditional family management mode to the modern enterprise management mode, establish modern enterprise system, to enhance the capacity of system operation and management of enterprise, continue to improve and refine their management mode in corporate development process, to ensure enterprise survival and sustainable development in different stages. Through the research and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the original management mode in operation and development of Langfang QZ automobile parts Co., Ltd. process, and the management mode transformation brings to the enterprise operating performance upgrade, summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of enterprise in management transformation process, analyzes the cause of the problems and give specific countermeasure, systematically discusses that management mode transformation to impact and significance of corporate operation. | |
