中文摘要:当前,我国已进入一个关键的发展阶段,“新常态”下经济如何发展成为企业面对的巨大挑战。在此背景下,进行基于社会责任视角下的企业文化研究就显得更有意义。在新的形势下,企业社会责任绝不仅是捐款、捐物等简单的慈善事业,更是企业发展、创新和提高市场竞争力的源泉。企业在谋求利益最大化的同时,必须积极履行社会责任,促进经济、社会、环境共同发展,为生态文明建设做出应有贡献。 本研究的目的在于,通过对企业社会责任和企业文化建设的深入探讨,找出在新的市场经济环境下,如何加强企业社会责任建设,使之与企业精神、企业理念、企业价值观等与企业文化息息相关的内容紧密结合,从而帮助企业树立良好的形象,增强企业对员工的凝聚力,提高企业的软实力,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中能够脱颖而出,健康持续发展。 本文通过纺织服装行业推进社会责任的实践分析,以及华孚色纺、红豆集团构建企业责任文化的有益探索,运用企业社会责任与企业文化以及企业管理的相关理论,并借鉴国外管理理念与实践经验,通过实地调研和样本分析相结合等方法,阐明目前中国纺织服装行业在推进企业社会责任方面取得了一定成效,积累了很好的经验,但还未形成体系,尚需付出更艰辛的努力。 本文通过深入的理论探讨与分析,找到了目前我国企业在社会责任建设与企业文化建设中存在的问题与症结,并对在新形势下如何进行社会责任视角下的企业文化建设提供了路径与方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。 研究结果表明,企业社会责任是企业文化新的内容与扩展。履行社会责任是提升企业文化影响的重要手段,企业文化则是促进企业自觉承担社会责任的有利工具,两者相互融通相互促进。要推进社会责任视角下的企业文化建设,就要树立和深化企业社会责任意识,创新企业价值理念,以负责任的发展思路,充分融合利益相关方权益和期望,破除传统发展方式的体制、机制,摆脱不可持续的路径,从而使企业与各个利益相关方协调、可持续地发展,共担责任,共享成果。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, the nation’s economy and society has entered a critical stage, and a huge challenge for enterprises is how to develop in the “new normal”. In this context, the research about strengthen the social responsibility under the perspective of corporate culture is becoming more meaningful. In the new situation, the responsibilities of enterprises are not only simple charitable mission such as donations and provide assistance, but also a source of enterprise development, innovation and improving competitiveness. At the same time when enterprises maximize their profit, self-development of enterprises should be consistent with sustainable development of society and economy. And enterprises must consider additional investment to promote common development of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit, which make contribution to conservation culture. In the new environment of market economy, through this deep research by enterprise responsibility and enterprise culture, we will find the way for how to strengthen the combination of enterprise society responsibility construction, enterprise spirit, corporate philosophy and corporate values, and help enterprises to establish a nice enterprise impression, take more social responsibility, encourage the staff’s enthusiasm, enhance the competition and cohesion power and promote the enterprise continuous and healthy development. This thesis, through the analyzing of textile and apparel industry to promote social responsibility, and the exploration of Huafu Melange Yarn and Hodo Group’ building of corporate culture, and learn from foreign experience in management philosophy and practice, clarifies that the textile and apparel industry has already made achievements in promoting corporate social responsibilities, yet a complete system has not been build, more arduous efforts still need to be paid. In this thesis, through in-depth theoretical discussion and analysis we find out the problems of Chinese enterprises in construct social responsibility and corporate culture. And this research also provides the solution and method for how to construct enterprise social responsibility under the perspective of corporate culture. The results show that corporate social responsibility is essentially part of the corporate culture, and it is a new content of corporate culture. Social responsibility is an important means to enhance the influence of corporate culture, corporate culture is a useful tool to promote corporate to fulfill the social responsibility conscientiously. Corporate culture and corporate social responsibility are mutually intermediation. Corporate social responsibility has become the core elements for global enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and quality. To develop a culture of social responsibility at the core of the enterprise, it is necessary to establish and deepen the sense of corporate social responsibility, innovate enterprise value philosophy, take responsible development ideas, integrate the stakeholder’s interests and expectations, break the traditional system development methods, get rid of unsustainable path, so that enterprises and all stakeholders can coordinate and gain sustainable development, and share responsibilities.
