中文摘要:电子商务是二十世纪信息化、网络化的产物,随着Internet和信息技术的不断发展,电子商务越来越深入地影响着当今经济生活的各个方面。电子商务代表未来贸易方式的发展方向,而与人们日常生活关系最紧密的B2C电子商务模式,更是在影响、改变着人们的生活方式。物流配送是电子商务实现过程中重要的实体流通环节,由于B2C电子商务的配送服务于最终顾客,因此物流水平的高低决定了顾客的满意程度,同时也决定电子商务活动能否成功完成。 目前,我国B2C电子商务物流配送存在着配送不及时、配送成本高和顾客满意度低等问题,物流配送已经成为B2C电子商务的瓶颈问题。因此,本文的研究重点是提出更加适用的配送模式来解决B2C电子商务存在的配送问题。 本文首先分析B2C电子商务配送的特点,从而提出了适应其特点的基于连锁经营的B2C电子商务配送模式,同时对这种配送模式进行了可行性分析。其次,引入了LRP模型,即定位-运输路线安排模型,来解决该模式下的配送问题,并且从LRP的定义和基于连锁经营的配送特点两方面来论证LRP模型适用于实际问题解决的原因。随后,重点对实际问题进行抽象,建立基于上述配送模式的LRP模型,并且对基础LRP模型进行扩展,提出了符合B2C电子商务环境的LRP模型——LRPTWP。最后,以VC++6.0为平台设计遗传算法解决方案。通过算例分析,比较本文所提出的基于连锁经营的B2C电子商务配送模式与现有电子商务配送模式,从而验证了配送模式的可行性和采用LRP模型解决问题的有效性。 本文将LRP模型应用到基于连锁经营的B2C电子商务的配送领域中,同时深入分析电子商务环境下配送的特点,建立符合实际背景并区别其他应用环境的LRP模型,从而为B2C电子商务企业提供科学配送的依据。 
英文摘要:Electronic-commerce is the product of informationization and network in the 20th century. With the increasing development of information technology and infrastructure of Internet, electronic commerce more and more affects every aspect of the economic activity nowadays, also it embodies the orientation of the trading style in the future. Especially, the B2C electronic-commerce, which has much to do with people’s daily life, has played great role in people’s life. Logistics distribution is the process of the circulation of goods, and it’s the most important part of the whole electronic commerce activity. Because the distribution under the circumstance of B2C electronic-commerce directly severs the ultimate customers, the service level of distribution determines whether the customers are satisfied with or not, and meanwhile, it also determines whether the electronic-commerce complete successfully or not. At present, there are lots of problems such as untimely delivery, high cost of the distribution, and low satisfaction rate of customers in the distribution of B2C electronic-commerce of our country. Therefore, the main point of research for this paper is to put forward the distribution mode which is more suitable for distribution under the circumstance of B2C electronic-commerce. Firstly, this thesis analyses the characters of the distribution under the circumstance of B2C electronic-commerce, puts forward the distribution mode on the basis of chain management, and makes the feasible analysis of this distribution mode. Secondly, in order to solve the distribution problems of B2C electronic-commerce, this paper deals with Location-Routing Problem(LRP), and proves LRP model is suitable and applicable in solving the practical problem from both the definition of LRP and characters of the distribution mode which is mentioned above. Subsequently, this study abstracts the practical issues, establishes the basic LRP model, extends the basic LRP model, and establishes the LRPTWP model which is reflected the characters of distribution under the circumstance of B2C electronic-commerce. Finally, the VC++6.0 is used to design the genetic algorithm to solve the LRP model. Through analyzing data example, comparing the distribution mode which is on the basis of chain management with the previous electronic commerce distribution mode, we can prove the feasibility of B2C electronic-commerce distribution mode which is on the basis of chain management and effectiveness of applying the LRP model. This thesis applies the LRP model to the B2C electronic-commerce distribution on the basis of chain management. Through analysis of the characters of electronic commerce, we abstract the corresponding LRP model which is different from other LRP models. All of these can assist B2C electronic-commerce enterprises to make distribution decision efficiently.
