中文摘要：	随着云计算技术的不断发展，以及大众对“云”的逐步认识，“云计算”已经在相关领域中转化为实际的应用。根据IDC预测：“未来几年云计算将进入快速发展期，2014年云计算市场将呈现爆发式的增长”。同时，云服务也给传统数据中心带来了规模、弹性、以及成本上的挑战和冲击；采用虚拟化技术、高性能基础架构，实现资源按需提供服务，将逐渐成为数据中心发展的主流方向，传统数据中心将演进为云数据中心，向客户提供云服务。然而，随着虚拟化技术的应用以及服务模式的转变，业务从分布式处理到可快速分发和迁移，以及业务从私有网络集中处理到向云端延伸，都对数据中心的运营及安全管理提出了更高的要求，包括：敏捷性、高可靠性、可扩展性、简单维护、高效、节能、安全、友好性等。无论是传统数据中心还是云计算数据中心，安全性一直是数据中心最基本最重要的运营要求。本文对北京电信数据中心业务发展现状、云平台现状、以及信息安全管理的现状进行了介绍，并对信息安全管理相关理论进行了回顾，包括：信息安全管理体系、PDCA原则、以及信息安全管理体系的建立、监控与评审等；同时，对云计算数据中心信息安全相关内容进行了探讨，从云服务、云计算的关键技术、云计算的安全运营管理架构的内涵、云数据安全管理架构的实施与运维，以及云审计等方面进行研究，明确了后续北京电信数据中心向云计算数据中心的发展过程中，所需要关注的技术、安全、安全运营管理等具体内容，为北京电信数据中心持续发展提出了建议。
英文摘要：	With the development of cloud computing technology, as well as public study the Cloud gradually, the Cloud Computing has been translated into practical applications in related fields. According to IDC predicted:＂The next few years, cloud computing will enter a rapid development period, and show explosive growth in 2014." Meanwhile, cloud computing services challenge and impact the traditional data center on scale, elasticity and costs. Virtualization technology, high-performance infrastructure and resources on demand service, will gradually become the mainstream development of DC, traditional DC will evolve into cloud data center, providing cloud services. However, with the application of virtualization technology and the changing of services model, the DC business changes quickly from the distributed processing to distribution and migration, as well as the DC business move from the private network to the Cloud, operation and safety management of DC put forward higher requirements, including: agility, high reliability, scalability, easy maintenance, high efficiency, green energy, safe, friendly and so on. Whether a traditional DC or cloud computing data center, security has been the most fundamental and most important operational requirements.In this paper, the status of business development Beijing Telecom, the status of cloud platform, and the status of security management were introduced, and the theory of Information Security Management system were reviewed, cloud computing data center information security-related system will be discussed, and research from cloud services, the key technology of cloud computing, and security operations and maintenance of management architecture etc., clarify that the development direction of Beijing Telecom data center to the cloud computing data center, and made recommendations for security management.
