| 中文摘要： | 自主创新、重点跨越、支撑发展、引领未来是我国建设创新型国家的指导方针 。成为创新型国家，是我国社会主义建设的新目标，且在全国范围内已经取得了明显的成效。随着经济全球化发展程度的逐步深化，成本的竞争已经不是最主要的竞争。在新的竞争条件下，我国的企业在国内和国际市场上面临着更广泛、更深入的竞争，这种竞争已上升到技术水平、核心能力、产品质量的全方面竞争。企业的创新水平和技术能力高低，关系到企业能不能在全球竞争中取得优势，不断创新，走在行业的前列，是企业长期立于市场不败之地的必由之路。阀门是能源、电力、石化、城建等国民经济重要的流体控制设备组成部分，其质量优劣、技术水平高低关系到生产安全、环境保护，甚至国民经济的长久发展。随着我国远距离输油输气项目要求、城市建设项目环保要求、石油石化行业的深海作业要求等，对阀门行业的技术水平和能力提出了新的需求，促使我国阀门行业向专业化、规模化、精品化方向发展。 本文通过对现有文献的研究和分析，结合作者在EMBA学习期间的心得体会，对所在企业上海KG有限公司的创新管理水平和现状进行分析，得出在阀门行业发展的新契机下，快速转变发展战略，占领行业技术制高点，取得行业发展先机。作者针对企业发展现状，结合行业内其他骨干企业的企业创新管理战略，综合全面创新管理理论的指导，从全要素和全过程两个角度提出了上海KG有限公司的全面创新管理策略。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Innovation, focusing on cross , supporting the development and leading the future are the guidelines of building an innovative country. Become an innovation -oriented country is a new target of China's socialist construction , and the country has achieved remarkable results. With the gradual deepening of economic globalization, the degree of competition is not the most cost- competitive . Under the new conditions of competition , China's enterprises in the domestic and international markets are facing a more extensive and in-depth competition, this competition has risen to the technical level , the core of all aspects of competition , product quality. Business innovation level and the level of technical ability , are related to whether the business can gain advantage in global competition , keeping innovation, and walking in the forefront of the industry. The enterprise market remain invincible in the long term the only way . Fluid control valve is an important part of the energy , power, petrochemical , construction and other economic facilities. The quality of the pros and cons and the level of technology are related to production safety , environmental protection, and even long-term development of the national economy . With more requirements such as our remote oil gas project requirements, environmental requirements of urban construction projects , petroleum and petrochemical industries , deep-sea operational requirements , the technical level and ability of the valve industry are now facing new demands , to promote China's valve industry specialization, scale , quality of direction. Based on the existing literature research and analysis, combined with the author during the EMBA learning experiences, this paper is about innovation management and corporate about Shanghai KG Co., where the writer works in. The paper come up with new opportunities for development in the valve industry and rapid changes development strategy. On the status quo of enterprise development, the writer combined with the industry backbone and the comprehensive innovation management theory, to guide enterprises of innovation management strategy. And then this paper presents a comprehensive innovation management strategy of Shanghai KG Co. from the Total Factor and the Whole Process. | |
