中文摘要:近年来,我国固定资产投资持续增长,基础建设投资力度不断加大,为工程建设施工企业带来了广阔的发展前景。A公司是我国的国有大型建筑企业,在长期的发展过程中,形成了相对固化的工程项目管理模式,在良好的发展形势面前,A公司需要加快项目开发,以便获取更有利的市场地位和竞争优势。随着国内民营建筑企业的兴起、以及外资建筑企业的大举进驻,给A公司等国有建筑企业构成了一定的竞争威胁。民营企业和外资企业,内部沟通渠道相对畅通,对新鲜事物的接受能力强,应变形势变化而进行组织结构、组织流程改革的阻力小、灵活性大,由此在项目决策和项目执行的效率上,占据明显的优势。在项目开展的竞争性、创新性和效益性等方面,也具有明显的意识。 A建筑公司在企业规模、资本实力、信誉资质、成果作品等方面,有自身的优势,并且非常注重产品质量和人员安全问题,在很长一段时间满足了我国的社会化大生产需要,为国家贡献了很大的价值。随着市场经济体制的深化,实现公司盈利最大化成为各企业的头等目标。A建筑公司按照传统的管理模式进行项目管理,在工程项目的执行效率和经济效益上,都显得有些落后,自身的竞争优势也在弱化,由此提升工程项目管理的水平,成为A公司保持发展的关键。本文的研究思路是——首先寻找A公司在项目管理方面存在的问题,然后对问题的根源进行探究,最后提出可执行的应对策略。在研究过程中,本文借助文献阅读法对工程项目管理的相关研究进行综述,以便发现A公司在项目管理水平方面存在的差距;采用案例分析法,结合A公司的代表性项目——田厦国际中心工程,探究A公司在进行工程项目管理中存在的问题和原因。在此基础上,本文提出提升A公司工程项目管理水平的有效对策。本文的研究成果,对A公司进行其他工程的项目管理,有着较强的参考价值,从而有利于提升A公司的竞争优势,取得更大的经济效益和更快的发展。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the sustained growth of China's fixed asset investment, infrastructure investment increased continuously, bring a broad prospect for engineering construction enterprises. A company is a large state-owned construction enterprises in China, in the long process of development, the formation of the engineering project management system relative curing, before the good situation of development, A company needs to speed up project development, so as to get a more favorable market position and competitive advantage. With the rise, and a massive presence in the foreign construction enterprises to private domestic construction enterprises, have formed certain competitive threat to A company of state-owned construction enterprises. Private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, internal communication channel is relatively smooth, the ability to accept new things, strain situation change and the organizational structure and process of reform of small resistance, high flexibility, resulting in the efficiency of project decision and project execution, occupy obvious advantages. In the competition, innovation and benefit aspects of project development, also has the obvious consciousness. A construction company in the enterprise scale, capital strength, credit quality, productions and so on, have their own advantages, and attaches great importance to product quality and safety problems, in a very long period of time to meet the needs of large-scale socialized production in China, the contribution of great value for the country. With the deepening of market economic system, the realization of the company's profits become a top target for all types of enterprises. A construction company project management according to the traditional management mode, in the project execution efficiency and economic benefit, appear some backward, its competitive advantages are also weakening, so as to enhance the level of project management, become the key of A company to continue to develop. The idea of this research is: firstly finds A company existing in the project management problems, and then researches on the root of the problem to explore, and finally puts forward the executable coping strategies. In the process of research, this paper reviews the related research on project management by means of literature reading, in order to find the A existing in the project management level of the gap; uses case analysis, combined with A company's representative projects - Tian Xia International Center project, problem and reason existing in A company research project in the management of. On this basis, this paper puts forward the management strategies to improve the level of project management of A company. The result of this study, has a strong reference value for the project management of engineering construction of A company, and it is beneficial to the enhancement of A company's competitive advantage, achieve greater economic efficiency and faster development.
