| 中文摘要: | 随着电子产业的发展,电路板制造业在国民经济中发挥着举足轻重的作用。电路板制造业是实现工业化和现代化的原动力,我国在过去的年代已经在电路板行业取得了辉煌的成就。由于过于依赖国外的市场,多从事二级代工等业务,使得我国电路板制造业“大而不强”的问题十分突出。企业数量过多、中低端PCB产能过剩、无序竞争现象严重,导致我国中小电路板企业产值较低、盈利能力差。同时,伴随我国市场经济体制地不断发展与完善,企业外部环境瞬息万变,企业竞争日趋激烈。作为市场竞争中的一员,企业只有增强竞争实力,才能适应日益激烈的外部环境,求得生存和发展。对于我国电路板企业来说,仅仅依靠目前的管理手段和维持现有的市场份额是不可能的,必须进行长远、全面的谋划,有必要进行深入地研究我国电路板企业的发展战略。本文从企业发展战略的理论出发,首先概述了电路板制造业的发展状况,并借鉴国内的一些研究结果,对五株科技股份公司的内、外部环境进行分析,为发现和解决中小电路板企业存在的一些实际问题,提供参考和借鉴。本文分析了五株科技股份公司的现状及不足,电路板生产缺乏技术含量,生产效率不够高,电路板生产品质低。对发现的企业问题进行诊断,主要是由于存在企业生产效能低、企业现金流不足及企业管理瓶颈等方面的因素。基于此,为五株科技股份公司制定了构建服务型价值增值制造业、构建技术领先与益化生产加工制造业、构建产业链决胜终端制造业等发展策略。本文研究的意义就在于帮助五株科技股份公司制定明确的发展战略,改变以往依靠经验的惯性思维,求得公司的生存和进一步发展,提高其竞争能力,在激烈的市场竞争中争得一席之地,对于业内同行也具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of electronic industry, circuit board manufacturing industry play a decisive role in the national economy. Circuit board manufacturing industry is the motive power for the realization of industrialization and modernization, China in the past years has been in the circuit board industry has made brilliant achievements. Because of too much dependence on foreign markets, in the level two foundry business, making China's circuit board manufacturing industry "big but not strong" problem is very prominent.
