中文摘要: | 本文运用发展战略的相关理论和方法,对天津空港贵宾服务有限公司暨天津滨海国际机场要客服务部(以下简称天津机场贵宾公司)的发展历程以及运行模式研讨进行回顾,通过回顾和总结,分析发展过程中的经验和遇到的问题,并针对发现的问题提出对策和建议。本文通过回顾天津机场贵宾公司发展历程的不同阶段,详细分析该公司的战略环境、市场环境,进而对全国机场贵宾行业市场化运作从市场营销环境、营销策略进行分析,从而总结出全国机场贵宾行业行之有效的市场化运作策略与营销方法,同时,对策略和方案的可行性进行分析。通过详尽分析,本文对机场贵宾业市场化运作策略的实施也提出具体建议,并对天津机场贵宾公司的市场化运作方向与可预期的效果进行展望。 | |
英文摘要: | This paper use the development strategy theories to review the development process of Tianjin Airport VIP Service Co.Ltd and Tianjin Binhai International Airport VIP Service Department(the following referred to Tianjin Airport VIP Service Co.Ltd) .Through the review and summary, this paper analyze the experience and problems in the development process, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. This paper analyze the strategic environment and marketing environment in detail by reviewing different stages of Tianjin Airport VIP Service Co.Ltd, then analyze the marketing operation of domestic airport VIP industry from the perspective of marketing environment and strategy, according to the analysis summarize the effective marketing operation methods. At the same time , this paper analyze the feasibility of the strategy. With the detailed analysis, this paper put forward some specific suggestions on the implementation of the marketing strategy, and prospect the marketiong operation direction and effect of Tianjin Airport VIP Service Co.Ltd. | |
