| 中文摘要: | 我国自古以来就是人口大国,尤其自改革开放以来,人口数量不断增长,我国以劳动密集型产业为主。提起劳动密集型产业,我们首先想到的是与人们生活息息相关的纺织业。我国是纺织业生产和出口大国,纺织业在国民经济中占据重要地位,它的发展对保证我国国际收支平衡、解决就业促进经济发展都至关重要。 但近年来,我国纺织服装出口持续低迷,出口数量连续呈现负增长。依靠技术进步、改善生产和管理效率化解成本压力,提高经营决策水平规避市场风险则成为纺织企业面临的重要任务。本文以山东魏桥创业集团有限公司为典型案例,对其内外部环境进行分析,找出适合该集团纺织业发展的竞争战略。希望对我国纺织业的发展带来一定启示。 本文分为五章,第一章为研究背景,介绍有关魏桥创业集团的基本概况,本文的写作目的在于系统梳理山东魏桥创业集团有限公司所处的外部环境,盘点该公司所具有的内部资源以及通过以往业绩表现出来的竞争能力为魏桥创业集团有限公司纺织业务制定一个合适的竞争战略。 第二章主要介绍了公司战略管理和竞争战略管理的相关理论。从国内外研究的理论与实践角度介绍了竞争战略的相关问题,接着归纳了行业关键成功要素的概念,为论文的写作提供理论依据。 第三章和第四章,主要对魏桥创业集团所处的内外部环境进行详细分析。外部环境主要从该企业发展的宏观环境和行业环境进行分析。内部环境主要从企业的自有资源、核心竞争能力以及企业战略成本分析。通过对魏桥创业集团的内外部环境分析,为企业竞争战略的选择提供了客观依据。 第五章在对魏桥创业集团进行SWOT分析的基础上总结出其战略的选择与具体实施方案。研究了魏桥集团竞争战略的选择进行评价并提出重点解决的问题。 | |

Especially since reform and opening up, the population continues to grow, it also determines the place is known for labor-intensive industries in our country. As a labor-intensive industries, the first thing we think of the textile industry, its closely related to people's life.Our country is a textile producer and exporter .Textile industry has been always occupied the important position in national economy.Its good development to ensure that China's balance of international payments, It also very important to promote economic development. But in recent years, China's textile and apparel exports remain weak.The quantity presents of export growth is negative in a row.Rely on technological progress, improve the production and management efficiency of pressure of the cost, improve the level of management decision against market risk become the important task of textile enterprises.This article takes Weiqiao pioneering group co., LTD. It is a typical case.To analyze its internal and external environment, and find out the competitive strategy to fit the development of the textile industry.We hope to bring some inspirations to the development of textile industry in our country. This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the research background and introduces about the basic situation of the weiqiao pioneering group.The purpose of writing this article lies in the system combing the weiqiao pioneering group co., LTD.
