中文摘要：	近年来，随着我国国民经济的快速发展，生活节奏不断加快，生活方式发生变化，人们对医药生物制品和防疫类疫苗的需求大幅度上涨。数据显示，在过去五年里我国的生物医药的总量以每年25%的比例增长。 药品冷链物流是医药物流和冷链物流相结合的一个新兴产业,它既要满足医药制品的高质量要求,又要满足冷藏品的特殊温度要求。我国的药品冷链物流行业存在标准缺失、设施陈旧、成本高、人才稀缺、＂断链＂现象严重等诸多问题,严重影响到我国药品冷链物流体系的发展完善。文中通过对我国药品冷链物流现状的分析,针对发展过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。 本文从药品冷链的概念出发，结合我国冷链物流发展的现状，引入国外先进的管理经验和先进的药品冷藏链技术，分析了我国药品冷链物流目前仍存在第三方物流服务不到位、完善独立的冷链体系尚未形成、冷链运输成本过大、冷链物流基础设施严重落后、技术标准缺位、行业规范滞后、融资困难等多方面的问题。因此，本文针对问题提出了相应的措施，建议医药行业和政府要加大对冷链物流方方面面的投入，包括基础设施的建设，资金的有效投入，加强我国药品冷链物流的发展规划等等。 我国的药品冷链物流是从传统的运输、仓储业发展而来，随着物流行业的发展和市场日益细分，药品冷链物流正是一种专业化的物流方向。药品冷链物流涉及“门到门”的整个供应链的运作与管理。目前，我国药品冷链物流在前行的道路上遇到了很好的发展机遇，冷链物流市场增长潜力仍然巨大。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the rapid development of our national economy, accelerating the pace of life, lifestyle changes, people demand greatly of pharmaceutical and biological products and prevention vaccine rose. Data shows, in the past five years China's total biological pharmaceutical 25% annual growth rate. Pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is an emerging industry, pharmaceutical logistics and cold chain logistics combination, it should not only meet the requirements of high quality pharmaceutical products, but also to meet the special requirements of the temperature collection. Industry of drug of cold chain logistics in China are lack of standards, outdated facilities, high cost, scarcity of talent, "many problems off the chain" phenomenon serious, seriously affected the development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system in China perfect. Analysis of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics current situation of our country through this, in view of the existing problems in the development process, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. This article is composed on base of the concept of medicine cold chain and integrated with presently developing situation of Chinese cold chain logistic. In addition, the international advanced administration experience and medicine cold chain technology is introduced to analyze the problems existed currently in Chinese medicine cold chain logistic industry. For example, the third-party logistic service is poor, the faultless independent cold-chain system is not established yet, the transport cost of cold chain is too expensive, the basic facilities of cold chain logistic is shortage severely, related technical standard is lack, industry criteria is outdated, financing is difficult…etc. As result, this article will propose the relative solution against above mentioned problems and recommend the Chinese government and medicine industry should increase the investment to all aspects of cold chain logistic, such as basic facilities construction, efficient application of investment, enhanced developing program of Chinese medicine cold chain logistic and so on. Therefore, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures, suggestions for pharmaceutical industry and the government should increase investment in cold chain logistics aspects, including the construction of infrastructure, the effective capital investment, strengthen the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics in our country development planning. Pharmaceutical cold chain logistics in China is evolved from the traditional transportation, warehousing and storage, with the development of the logistics industry and market segmentation, pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is a professional logistics direction. Operation and management of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics involves "the whole supply chain door to door". At present, the drugs of cold chain logistics in China have very good development opportunity in the way, cold chain logistics market growth potential is still huge
