中文摘要：	本文针对目前农村信息化建设中存在的“低成本、个性化、普适性、可持续”等重大瓶颈问题，以三网融合技术为研究点，分析了基于无线三网融合的农村信息化进展情况以及存在的问题，设计构建了三网融合实施方案，并对项目进行了技术评估研究。本论文首先从复杂性、先进性、适用性和安全性找出农村无线三网融合项目的独特性，为本研究的可行性分析指引方向；然后介绍分析了A、B两种无线三网融合案例，案例分别从硬件和软件、链路和集成、建设方案对案例进行可行性分析并提供客观建议和结论，通过对比确定B方案更具有可行性；最后，本文对提出的方案进行分析与评估，分别从项目的运行环境、软硬件技术等几方面着手，对项目的运行环境、技术可行性，及所选择的方案的建设方案技术、经济效益和社会影响等进行评估。通过对无线三网融合技术的研究，构建的基于无线三网融合的农村信息化方案的实现将直接服务到农村、农民，将让广大农村享受改革开放和发展的实惠，不断提高农村的生活水平与生活质量，将科学发展与人民受益紧密结合起来，有效地促进农村物质文明、政治文明、精神文明和生态文明的发展，实现了经济效益和生态效益的共赢。
英文摘要：	The research of the triple play technology was done aiming at "low cost, personalized, universal and sustainable" and other major bottlenecks problems in rural areas information construction. In this paper, the progress of information technology in rural areas based on wireless triple play was analyzed, a triple play embodiment was designed and build, and the program were assessed using a variety of methods. This paper firstly focus on the complexity, advancement, applicability and security to identify the rural wireless convergence project, and analysis to guide the direction for the feasibility of the study; then introduces the A, B two wireless networks convergence case, the cases include the hardware and software, link and integration, the construction scheme of the sample case feasibility analysis and provide objective advice and conclusions, and B program is determined by comparing the scheme is more feasible. We provide a reference for the further improvement and comprehensive implementation of the proposal; finally, we analyses and evaluate the proposed scheme from the aspects of the operating environment, the project hardware and software technology respectively, we compared the running environment, technical feasibility of our scheme from other schemes, and evaluated construction technology, economic and social impact evaluation of the selected scheme. The implement of rural informationization scheme based on the wireless network convergence technology will benefit the countryside, farmers, and will let the vast rural areas to enjoy the reform and opening up and development benefits, constantly improve the standard of living and quality of life in rural areas, develop the science and the interests of people at the same tim, promote rural material civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization effectively, to achieve the economic benefit and ecological benefit.
