中文摘要：	电子时代的到来使档案载体产生了根本性的变革，传统档案学理论受到一定程度的冲击。整理作为传统档案管理流程的基本环节，在电子时代，其基础性地位曾一度受到质疑。面对档案载体的变化，诸如电子档案是否需要整理，传统整理方法和原则是否依然适用于电子档案整理，如何做到整理的有序、高效等问题日益凸显。 本文在原有整理理论和实践的基础上，采用文献调查法、比较分析法、专家访谈法以及历史和逻辑的研究方法，对电子档案整理进行了专题性研究。其研究的焦点主要集中在以下四个方面：1.电子档案整理概念研究；2.电子档案整理必要性研究；3.电子档案整理原则及其关系研究；4.电子档案整理方法研究。 本文共分四章：第一章导论主要介绍了选题背景、意义、研究方法、论文结构及创新点。第二章主要是对电子档案的基础理论进行了系统研究，定义了电子档案整理的概念。第三章分析了电子档案整理的主要原则及其辩证关系。第四章对电子档案整理进行了微观层面的探讨，提出了整理单元、单原件等概念，并得出电子档案时代案卷依然是电子档案整理典型微观形态的观点。最后在结论部分总结概括了本文的研究内容，并对后续研究进行了展望。
英文摘要：	With the development of society practice, the business of archives is improving also. Following the electronic times, the traditional theory of archives has been impacted. Archives arrangement, as the basic of traditional archival management flow, is facing the new targets and tasks in electronic environment. Whether the electronic archives need arrangement? Whether the traditional archives arrangement method meets the new ages? How could we make the arrangement result ordered, as well as efficiency and effectivity? How could we keep the original relationship which is the basic attribute of archives, as well as the organic affiliation? These are all questions which are badly need to been solved. Based on the current electronic and former traditional archives arrangement theory, the study is focus on following aspects, 1.the conception of electronic archives arrangement; 2.the necessity of archives arrangement under the electronic environment; 3.the principle of electronic archives arrangement and the relationships; 4.the arrangement method of electronic archives. This paper is composed of four chapters. The first chapter makes a brief introduction about the back ground of the title chosen, research method, frame and innovation points, etc.. The second chapter mainly studies the basic theory of the electronic archives arrangement, based on which the electronic archive arrangement conception has been defined. The third chapter analyses the primary principle of the electronic archives arrangement and the dialectic relationship among them. The fourth chapter studies the electronic archives arrangement under the microcosmic level. In this chapter, the conception of arrangement unit has been raised; furthermore, the conclusion of that file is still the classic form under the microcosmic level in electronic archives arrangement practice has been made. Though the systemic study, the basic theory of electronic archives arrangement has been build up. All of these have enriched the basic theory of electronic archives arrangement. The study method of literature research, comparative analysis, expert interview, historical and logistic analysis has been used in this paper.
