| 中文摘要: | 2012年以来,我国通用机械行业发展增速放缓,产能过剩导致了市场竞争进一步恶化,大型通用机械制造企业纷纷结构调整、转型升级,由重规模向重内涵、重效益转变,而中小型通用机械制造企业面临变革也是必然的。提高企业绩效管理水平,进而提高企业核心竞争力已被中小型企业广泛重视。在市场竞争日趋激烈的状态下,采用符合企业发展需求的绩效管理体系是能帮助企业在竞争中生存下来的一个重要方面。如何构建和实施适合当下经济环境的员工绩效管理系统是我国中小型通用机械制造企业亟待解决的重要课题。目前我国很多中小型通用机械制造企业都实施了绩效管理,但是一些企业在实施过程中并未取得预期的效果。本文以同类企业A公司绩效管理的实例,在对绩效管理体系相关理论和方法阐述的基础上,理论联系实际,力求体现通过加强员工绩效管理持续改善公司绩效实现战略目标的目的,对于我国中小型通用机械制造企业员工绩效管理现状与问题予以述评,特别是对员工绩效管理体系构建和实施进行了较为深入的分析与探讨,针对绩效管理体系构建和实施过程中容易忽略的问题,提出了具有针对性的、可行性的应对策略和保障措施,希望能对当下中小型通用机械制造企业构建或完善员工绩效管理体系有所帮助。全文分为六部分:导论;相关理论概述;我国中小型通用机械制造企业员工绩效管理现状与问题;我国中小型通用机械制造企业员工绩效管理体系构建与实施;案例分析—A公司员工绩效管理体系的构建;最后为结论。本文对我国中小型通用机械制造企业员工绩效管理某些更深层次问题尚待做更深入、具体的研究。仍期望此文对目前经济环境下的我国中小型通用机械制造企业员工绩效管理工作有所裨益和参考,旨在促进企业效益不断提升和持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The domestic general machinery industry has presented a low-speed growth since the year of 2012. The excess of capacity has led to a further deteriorative competition in market. As a result, large general machinery manufacturing corporations are adjusting structure and transforming and upgrading the companies, which is to strengthen the connotation and the benefit but not to enhance the scale. Besides, it is certain for the corresponding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to face the transformation. Hence, it has been widely for those SMEs to pay attentions to improve the enterprise performance management that will enhance the core competitiveness. Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market, an important aspect to help enterprises to survive in the competition is the performance management systems those conform to the needs of corporations. How to establish and how to implement the employee performance management system are urgent to be solved for those domestic SMEs in general machinery manufacturing. Currently, many domestic SMEs in general machinery manufacturing have implemented performance management systems but some of them have not achieved the expectation. According to an instance of a corporation named A, this research, by combining theory and practice and being based on the related theories and application methods of performance management system, aims at explaining the purpose of enhancing the employee performance management which is to improve corporation performance and to achieve strategic objectives. It also comments on the status and issues of the employee performance management within the domestic SMEs of general machinery manufacturing; specially, it deeply analyses and discusses on building and implementing the employee performance management system. Besides, the report brings up coping strategies and safeguards with pertinence and feasibility for the easy-to-ignore problems in the process of establishing and implementing the performance management system and is supposed to help those SMEs with the construction and improvement of employee performance management system. There are totally six chapters in this report. The first and second chapters are instruction and summary of the relative theory respectively. Status and problems in the employee performance management of those SMEs in domestic general machinery manufacturing will be explained in the third chapter. Next is to present the establishment and implementation of the performance management systems for the mentioned SMEs. For instance, chapter five will analyze the reconstruction of the employee performance management system of a company named A. Finally, some conclusions are shown in chapter six. A deep and detailed research on more and further problems of this topic has not been sufficient and specific. However, it is expected to be of benefit and to be of reference to employee performance management in the SMEs those are doing business about general machinery manufacturing in current economical environment, which is hoped to promote enterprise benefit constantly and to make it sustainable development. | |
