中文摘要：	在全球经济一体化和市场经济高速发展的今天，我国现代企业制度正在逐步建立与完善，企业集团成为现代企业的一种重要组织形式。企业集团的管理体系是推动我国企业集团转型创新发展的重要保障，它是一项复杂的系统工程。作者在为客户提供咨询服务的过程中发现，企业管理体系转变方面，普遍存在管理战略宏伟，而落实战略困难的局面，长此以往，企业各层级对企业转型战略的实用化产生较大的疑虑。实际上，任何企业管理战略所要求的企业管理体系的转型都是为企业创造更大价值而服务，管理方式的调整与确定，决定了企业各个层级的工作方式的转变，明确管理转型的方法、细化可执行的转型举措才能使得管理体系转型工作真正有效，问题正在于此。因此，觉得非常有必要对通信服务行业的集约化管理体系进行研究。 本文分析了C公司集约化管理体系的现状，找出了C公司现有管理中存在的问题，论述了对集约化管理的必要性和意义。根据C公司集约化管理的现状和企业集约化管理体系转型的要求，从集约化管理能力蓝图、组织定位、业务流程、信息系统建设等四方面设计了C公司集约化管理的方案，并对方案的实施建议和变革管理策略进行了说明和分析。 本课题的研究工作，对落实C公司集约化管理战略，落实管理体系的工作提供了帮助，同时也对其他通信服务企业实施管理体系变革具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	At present, the global economy is closely integrated and the market economy also is in the rapid developing, base on this environment, in china enterprises, intensive management program is being gradually estabilished and improved, enterprise group becomes an important organization form of modern enterprise. Most of enterprises are looking to build a suitable for their own management system, which will be conducive to promoting the innovation of enterprise management and enabling business development, this is a complicated management work. In the process of enterprise management transformation, the management strategy is difficult to realize, if this situation keep go on like this, most of employee will be confused for feasibility of enterprise management strategy. In fact, any management transformation is designed to create greater value for enterprise, the reasonable management mode will useful to promote working mode and process of employee. We found that lack of clear implement method and actionable tasks is the root issues. Therefore, I think it’s necessary to research on intensive management program for communication service industry. This thesis analyzes the present situation of C company intensive management program, find out the problems in the management of C Company, and discusses the necessity and significance of intensive management program for C Company. This thesis is following up the requirement of management transformantionof C Company, to analyze and design intensive capability blueprint, capabilities definition for key oraganzations, business processes and management system, and provide implementation suggestions and management transformantion strategy. This thesis provides a clear method for enterprise management transformation of C Company, could be usefully to conduct transformation management work.The thesis tries to provide valuable information and useful advices to the management of planning, design, implemetation of enterprise management transformation for others enterprises, so as to make certain contribution to reducing the risks in intensive management transformation.
