中文摘要：	从上个世纪，全球经济迅速发展，全球一体化趋势愈发明显，各地不断加强区域内、区域间合作，区域经济合作成为一个世界性的趋势，合作的范围逐渐拓展，合作程度日趋加深，合作层次逐渐提高，各国趋向组成地球村。不同的国家和地区从经济利益角度出发，结合先天区域地缘优势，实现区域内各国、地区经济、政治合作，优势互补，最终实现资源共享、优势互补、客源互动、互惠互利局面。长三角地区作为我国综合实力最强旅游经济圈，区域旅游经济一体化的进程在不断地加快。然而由于受资源禀赋和要素成本的影响，长三角对周边低成本地区特别是周边资源丰富地区依赖性愈来愈明显，在如此背景下，加强区域旅游经济合作，实现资源优化配置，对参与合作的各个省市都大有裨益。 安徽与长三角地区一衣带水，具有地缘、区位和资源优势，但是由于种种原因这种优势并没有得到充分发挥。安徽省旅游业同长三角地区差距在拉大。因此，全面融入长三角，承接长三角的资金、客源，参与长三角产业分工，发挥自身比较优势并转换为竞争优势，是安徽旅游加速崛起的必由之路。 本文首先分析了安徽旅游业和长三角旅游经济圈现状，在此基础上探讨安徽全面融入长三角经济圈的必要性与可行性，指出全面融入长三角不仅对安徽有利，对长三角也是有利的，是安徽实现经济跨越式发展、加速崛起的重要机遇和必由之路。在分析现有区域旅游合作模式的基础上，提出了安徽融入长三角旅游经济圈的合作模式，重点从旅游资源整合、产品设计、协调机制、旅游空间方面探讨如何开展旅游合作。 通过对安徽融入长三角旅游经济圈的合作对策研究，在一定程度上可以为落后省市融入高度发达的区域旅游组织提供一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	Since last century, with the development of global economy and globalization trend, the cooperation between regions has been enhanced step by step, and regional economic cooperation has been a world trend. When the range and the deep was extended, global village has been taken shape among countries. Based on the innate comparative advantage of a region, different countries and regions cooperate in economy and politics for resource sharing, advantages complementing, marketing interactive and reciprocity and mutual benefit. Delta of Changjiang River, as the strongest comprehensive power in China’s tourist economic circle, has great progress in regional economic cooperation. But with the effect of natural resource and component cost, Delta of Changjiang River has increased the dependence on peripheral region more and more, especial the rich resource region. On this background, it has great benefit for every province to strength tourist regional economic cooperation and to optimize the allocation of resources. Anhui，as the near province to delta of Changjiang River ，has vantage in geography, zone and resource. While for a variety of reasons, the vantage hasn’t call into full play, the distance between Anhui tourism and Delta of Changjiang River. So blending into Delta of Changjiang River, using the funding and passenger source and participating in industrial division, which is the only way to develop Anhui tourism economy. On the basis of analyzing of current situation of Anhui tourism and economical circle of Changjiang River Delta, this paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of cooperation between Anhui and Changjiang River Delta, pointed to the both benefit tAnhui and Changjiang River Delta and that is the only way and important chance for Anhui to achieve great-leap-forward development. After analyzing the existing region tourism cooperate modes, this paper puts forward the mode of cooperation, and discussion especially the way of tourist cooperate from resource integration, product design, coordination function and tourist area. By the strategy research of cooperation between Anhui and Changjiang River Delta, on some scale, the unprogressive provinces could draw lessons from this to cooperate with developed region tourism organization
