中文摘要：	伟大的中华民族之所以能傲立于世界，得益于我们五千年延绵不息的民族文化。改革开放至今，引进国外先进的企业管理、企业制度建设的模式是中国企业得以快速发展的一个基本套路。具体到员工道德建设领域，西方理论进入、模仿、创新的发展路径虽然使中国企业取得一定的精神文明建设成果，但问题依然不容忽视。本文从建设中国特色的企业员工道德的愿望出发，基于研究儒家道德伦理观影响下的现实企业道德建设的目的，在对汇元网公司深入调研的基础上，构建了基于汇元网公司现状的儒家道德建设体系。首先，文章对儒家思想、道德伦理观的基础理论问题进行了分析研究，探讨了儒家道德观的应用价值；其次，针对汇元网公司的特点，对汇元网企业道德建设现状和存在问题进行了描述，并提出了改造建议，为构建儒家道德建设体系打下了基础；在以上基础上，尽可能的在道德提升路径上与儒家道德观进行对接，最终完成了整个道德建设体系的构建，并提出了完善措施与建议。总之，本文以理论研究和应用研究基础，结合儒家道德观与西方先进企业管理理论的指导，对金融服务企业的儒家道德建设做出了一定的探索。衷心希望本文研究成果能为金融服务企业所用，指导于企业道德建设的实践，最终为我国企业建设具有中华特色的企业文化贡献绵薄之力。
英文摘要：	The only reason why Chinese still dots the landscape today, is we have excellent national culture. Since reform and opening up, Chinese enterprise management and institution construction has always relied on the introducing the western mode. From 1980s, western moral construction mode was introduced in China, many corporations follow it immediately. Through pattern of entry of theories, imitation to innovation, Chinese employee moral construction has made certain achievements, but compared with foreign countries there are still a lot of problems. From the desire for improving Chinese employee’s moral level, based on deeply practical investigation about Hui yuan net company, this thesis constructs a Confucian moral construction system for the theory and practice research field about how Confucian ethics affects the enterprise. First, my paper analyzes some basic theory problems about Confucianism and Confucian ethics, discusses the application value of Confucian ethics. Then, with the features of Hui yuan net company, we analyze the moral construction status and suggestion about transformation. After that, according to the useful parts of Confucian ethics, we find the way of improving employee’s moral levels and finish the system of Confucian moral construction. At last, there are some suggestions of how to make it perfect. In short, this thesis follows the instruction of Confucian ethics and western enterprise management theories, makes a certain search on the moral construction system of financial services companies. The results of this paper come from the theoretic research and the practical enterprise investigation above. We sincerely hope the research can help financial services companies on the practice of moral construction. There are an exploration about Chinese enterprise culture.
