中文摘要：	伴随着改革开放经济的不断发展和信息化速度加快，我国的建筑施工行业不断市场化，国家基础建设和房地产业获得快速发展。由于房地产发展过快，房价过高，近几年来政府出台了很多相关政策对房价进行调控。目前，房地产产业的发展速度已经放慢了步伐，企业之间的同质化竞争不断加剧，在这样的大势下，建筑施工企业面临着愈加严峻的挑战。建筑施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中，要想获得生存和发展，关键在于企业能为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品。而企业能否获得良好的经济效益，关键在于在保证工程质量的前提下，力求最低的施工成本。因此，建设工程项目施工的成本控制和管理显得尤为重要。本文以建设工程项目从已通过招投标、具备进场施工条件到施工项目竣工验收阶段为研究对象，针对在此过程中的主要施工准备工作及分部分项工程在施工过程中的成本控制问题进行阐述，同时较为详细的探讨了安全控制、质量控制、工期控制与成本控制之间的协调，以及原材料采购和信息管理对企业成本控制的影响。通过本文研究，希望为其他施工企业的建设工程项目施工的成本控制提供一定的参考和借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of economy and the reform of information, the marketization of construction industry in our country has been speeded up which lead to the national infrastructure and real estate industry has achieved rapid development. Because of the real estate development is too fast and prices are too high, in recent years the government has introduced a number of policies to control prices. At present, the development speed of real estate industry has slowed down the pace, the homogenization of competition between enterprises intensified, in this situation, the construction enterprises face more severe challenges. Construction enterprises in the fierce market competition, must obtain survival and development. The key lies in the enterprise can provide high quality, short construction period, low cost building products for the society. And enterprises can obtain good economic benefits, the key lies in the premise of ensuring the project quality, the lowest cost to construction. Therefore, the cost control and management of construction engineering project construction is very important. In this paper, the main construction during the process of preparation and sub project in the process of construction cost control and management problems are discussed, and discussed the safety control, quality control, time limit for a project control and cost control coordination, and management and the procurement of raw materials and information management of enterprise cost control. Through this study, the author hoped to provide some reference for cost control and management for construction projects and other construction enterprises.
