中文摘要：	全球价值链理论是一个融合微观和宏观两个视角来重新审视全球化下经济组织及其发展的一种新兴理论。 运用此理论，对不同链条治理模式下的地方产业升级进行了理论分析，并阐述了全球价值链治理模式动态性与产业升级之间相互促进的动态循环过程。认为准层级型、层级型治理模式，有助于流程升级和产品升级；相对于准层级型，层级型能较快进入功能升级，但经常被锁定在有限的范围；网络型有利于功能升级；市场型是否有助于功能升级，应视发展中国家的产业规模大小等因素而定。通过构建基于全球价值链治理模式动态性的产业升级系统性分析框架，系统阐述了全球价值链治理模式动态性与产业升级之间的互动关系。 全球价值链创新对产业升级的影响集中体现在对产业集群升级和产业升级轨迹的影响。采用文献法借用前人关于全球价值链创新下的产业集群升级的研究成果，对它们进行对比、分析和总结，总结出产业集群创新升级需要采用内外两种途径，即既要利用本地化优势，加强集群内部联系，又要嵌入GVC，与外部关联合作，并从创新角度提出产业嵌入全球价值链实现升级的轨迹。 基于理论分析，对全球价值链下的我国汽车产业进行实证研究。首先，分析了全球汽车产业价值链的空间分布和治理结构；其次，研究了我国汽车产业的现状和升级中所面临的机遇与挑战；接着，探索了我国汽车产业的升级路径，从全球价值链治理视角提出了在自主创新基础上寻求合资、合作以及在合资、合作基础上实现自主创新式的功能升级的升级方式，从全球价值链创新视角提出了基于市场开拓能力、技术能力以及市场扩张能力和技术能力双向组合的升级路径。最后，总结出我国华晨集团的升级路径。 主要创新点：构建基于全球价值链治理模式动态性的产业升级系统性分析框架；从创新角度提出产业嵌入全球价值链实现升级的轨迹；分析了全球汽车产业价值链的空间分布和治理结构，分别从全球价值链治理和创新角度提出我国汽车产业升级的两种方式和三条路径。
英文摘要：	Global Value Chain is a new theory with which we can fully resurvey the global economic structure and development to analyze global industry relations and industry upgrading issues by combining two visual angles of microcosmic and macrocosmic. Using global value chain theory, a theoretical analysis on the upgrading way of the local industry under the different value chain governance, as well as on the dynamic and interactive relationship between the dynamics of the governance of global value chain and the industrial upgrading.Thinking that the value chain governance of quasi-hierarchy and hierarchy is helpful in process upgrading and product upgrading; The value chain governance of hierarchy can achieve functional upgrading more quickly than the value chain governance of quasi-hierarchy, but it is often locked in a limited range; While the value chain governance of network is helpful in functional upgrading; The value chain governance of market whether is helpful in functional upgrading, which is decided on factors such as the scale size of the industry in developing countries. By constructing a new theoretical framework of industrial upgrading that is based on the dynamics of the governance of global value chain, studying the interactive relationship between the dynamics of the governance of global value chain and the industrial upgrading. The impact of global value chain innovation on industrial upgrading can be reflected in the impact on the upgrading of industrial clusters and on the track of industrial upgrading. Thinking that the innovative upgrading of industrial clusters needs both inside and outside methods according to the research results conducted by other researches before, that is, it is necessary not only to use the local advantages and strengthen links within the cluster, but also to embed the global value chain and associate with the external cooperation. Then the dissertation suggests the track of industrial upgrading from innovative perspective. Based on theoretical analysis, carrying on the real diagnosis analysis to China's automotive industry.Firstly, discussing the distribution and governance structure of the global value chain of automotive industry; secondly, studying the present situation of China's automotive industry and the upgrading opportunity and challenge of China's automotive industry; thirdly, discussing the upgrading way of China's automotive industry, suggesting two upgrading ways against the backdrop of global value chain governance: one way is seeking joint venture and cooperation on the basis of independent innovation, the other way is achieving functional upgrading in form of independent innovation on the basis of joint venture and cooperation, suggesting three upgrading paths against the backdrop of global value chain innovation: the first path is based on the market-developed capability, the second path is based on the technic-strengthened capability and the third one is based on the market-developed and technic-strengthened capability; finally, concluding the upgrading paths of Hua Chen Group. The spots of main innovation: constructs a new theoretical framework of industrial upgrading that is based on the dynamics of the governance of global value chain; suggests the track of industrial upgrading from innovative perspective; discusses the distribution and governance structure of the global value chain of automotive industry, suggests two upgrading ways and three upgrading paths of China's automotive industry against the backdrop of global value chain governance and innovation.
