中文摘要：	随着全球化的不断深入，以及日渐发达的通讯技术与运输技术的推动，面向全球范围的企业网络体系得以建立，企业交往变得更加紧密。而随着交往的加深，这些网络体系还在不断分化、重构、演进，并进一步推动经济的发展和全球化的深入。不管是出于寻求机会、获取资源，还是为了规避风险、应对威胁，时至今日，任何一个想有所作为的企业，都不能无视国际化网络体系的存在，不管是主动还是被动，都不可避免要融入到这些网络体系中去，在国际市场体系或商业网络中找准自身的位置，并从企业网络中获益。对此，中国企业亦尤其需要加以重视。 本研究以中国企业国际化进程中的网络演进与构建机制作为主要研究主题，通过对深入开展国际化的中国企业进行跨案例研究，深入剖析这些中国企业在国际化的进程中，其网络演进所呈现的阶段性特点和规律、网络演进的关键驱动因素，以及中国企业国际化网络的构建机制。这三个方面构成了本研究的研究子问题。通常认为，对于“为什么”以及“怎么样”这类问题的研究，尤其是对于过程的研究，案例研究是比较理想的研究方法。因此，为了达到更好的研究效果，在研究方法和研究设计上，本研究主要采用的是跨案例研究方法，并通过理论抽样选择了6家开展国际化经营10到30年以上不等的中国企业进行深入研究。 本课题的主要研究意义在于：第一，通过聚焦于中国企业国际化实践，结合传统国际化理论与网络理论的研究视角，深入分析了中国企业国际化及网络演进过程的特点和规律；第二，基于网络战略意图与经验知识理论视角，提出了国际化进程中企业网络演进的两种路径及其驱动机制，丰富并完善了网络演进的相关理论；第三，基于企业适应性选择视角探讨国际化进程中企业网络的构建机制，完善了企业主动性网络构建的相关研究。另外，对于国际化网络理论的研究，对中国企业开展国际化经营的实践，也具有非常重要的现实指导意义。理论和实践可以相互促进，相得益彰。 本研究在国际化过程理论、网络发展阶段理论、网络构建理论、网络能力理论、知识基础观及其他相关理论研究成果的基础上，以科学的研究方法对中国企业的国际化进程、网络发展阶段划分、网络特征及其演进过程、网络演进路径及其驱动因素、网络构建机制等相关问题展开了深入的研究，创新之处在于：第一，构建了契合中国企业实际的国际化及网络发展阶段模型，详细展示了各阶段企业国际化行为和网络演进的特征；第二，整合研究视角，提出了“网络发展—国际化知识获取—国际化成长”的演进机制；第三，整合结构维度与关系维度的双重研究视角，提出了国际化进程中企业网络演进路径的新分类，并探讨了两种网络演进路径的驱动因素；第四，基于适应性选择及协同演进理论，提出了国际化进程中企业网络的构建机制。 本研究对于中国企业开展国际化经营的实践也具有一定的启示性：首先，由于网络已成为企业实现国际化的必要途径和形式，中国企业应该不断融入国际市场的产业网络、商业网络、社会网络以及全球战略网络；其次，在构建和发展国际网络的过程中，要关注国际化知识的获取和积累；第三，由于网络演进具有路径依赖性，企业要根据国际化战略定位及国际化经验基础，选择适当的网络演进路径；最后，企业在推进国际化的过程中，需要注重企业网络的构建，不同的国际化阶段，要选择性使用网络构建策略。
英文摘要：	With deepening globalization and improving ICT and transport technology , global enterprise networks are in shape, and contact between enterprises becomes closer. The networks are dividing, reconstructing, and evolving during closer enterprises’ contact and push economic development and globalization forward. No matter motivated by new opportunities or resources, challenged by risk or threat, any enterprise, ready or not, if ambitious, can’t deny the being of global networks, and will involve itself into the networks inevitably. They will have to position themselves well in the international markets and business networks, and benefit from them. Therefore, Enterprise international networks, are the ones that Chinese enterprises have to give enough attention to. This study focuses on the construction and evolution of enterprise networks during Chinese companies’ going global process. Based on sample cases of six globalized Chinese companies, we conduct in-depth analysis from three aspects, the features and patterns of networks in phases of evolution; the driven forces of network evolution, and the construction mechanism of international networks. Case study is a generally accepted research method for “Why” and “How” topics, especially for process study. And in this study, cross-case method is adopted to analyze six sample enterprises with 10 to 30 years’ internalization experience. The value of this research is to a) figure out the features and patterns of Chinese enterprises’ internationalization and network evolution in global practices; b) enrich networking theories by liberating two paths and driven mechanism of Chinese enterprises’ network evolution under international scope; c)discuss the network construction mechanism in internalization, for the reference of proactive networking study. On a practical perspective, this study is expected to offer guiding significance for Chinese enterprises’ international practices. The innovation of this study lies in 1) the evolution model, deeply rooted and tightly in accordance with Chinese enterprises’ conditions, is built to present the the behaviors and features in the internationalization process. 2) an evolution mechanism of”Network Development-International Knowledge Acquisition-International Growth” is proposed. 3) Network evolution paths are classified in a new way based on the combined research perspective of structural and relational dimension, and the driven forces behind the evolution paths are discussed. 4) Based on adaptive selection theory and collaborative evolution theory, a new construction mechanism of enterprise network in internationalization process is posed. This research is humbly prospected to inspire Chinese enterprises in international practices. First, International networking has been a must for enterprises going global, Chinese enterprises should involve themselves actively in international industrial/business/social and strategic networks. Second, more acquisition and accumulation of international knowledge should be prepared in the construction and development of international network. Third, an advisably network evolution path should be decided under careful consideration and on the basis of enterprise’s international position and practices, for the subsequent evolution is dependent on the chosen path. Forth, the construction of enterprise network is important in internationalization process and different phases need different construction policies.
