| 中文摘要: | 随着社会的发展,人们对企业的期望不再仅仅局限于对于国家税收的贡献,企业需要承担经济责任之外的其他责任。虽然这部分责任在法律层面没有明确规定,但是却是人们期望企业能够做到的,企业从经济角色逐步过渡到社会角色,企业的行为会对环境和社会产生巨大的影响。虽然很多大企业在承担社会责任这一方面已经有了足够的重视,但是在市场中为数众多的小微企业却并未意识到社会责任的重要性,研究者也尚未对此进行深入的研究。 小微企业在市场中占有很大的比重,但是如此大比重的企业群体的社会责任却没有被关注,本研究认为主要原因是小微企业经济责任与社会责任的矛盾。小微企业和大企业相比,面对的竞争更加激烈,随时存在被淘汰的风险,企业的主要关注点都集中在如何获取最大的利润上,对于社会责任几乎没有概念。 小微企业具有独特的特点,在某些方面具有比大企业更加有效的经营优势,社会责任并不是和它们毫不相干的事情,小微企业能够通过不同于大企业的方式来承担企业社会责任。本研究首先明确指出了小微企业承担社会责任的必要性和必然性。外部驱动和内部优势促使小微企业去承担社会责任,而社会责任的承担对于小微企业的良性发展也具有重要作用。本研究通过与小微企业管理人员的访谈,明确地了解了企业对于社会责任的看法以及所面临的问题的情况。根据访谈内容,本研究整理了不同类型的小微企业面对的利益相关者的重要性程度,以此来界定了小微企业社会责任的情况。针对小微企业面临的问题,本研究借鉴国外的一些成熟的经验,提出了小微企业承担社会责任的促进策略。 小微企业承担社会责任,需要从自身的情况出发,不能不切实际。小微企业承担社会责任的重点,主要应该是力所能及的,同时对外界影响较大,也对企业自身利益较严重的方面。处于不同行业的小微企业承担社会责任的方向不同,尤其是对企业自身影响较大的核心利益相关者。本研究创造性地将小微企业划分为四种类型,以此来分析不同的小微企业需要承担的不同的社会责任。 小微企业在市场中具有很大的活力,小微企业的发展情况在一定程度上反映着当地经济的发达状况。对于小微企业的研究应该是多方面的,小微企业的扶持,小微企业的发展,小微企业的责任等方面,都有必要进行研究。在以后的研究中,社会责任的承担对象会更加多样,而不是仅仅局限在大中型企业。只有所有企业都能有意识地承担自身的社会责任,才能建立良好的市场氛围,企业也才能朝着更好的方向发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of the society, people’s expectations of business is no longer just limited to the contribution of national revenue, it also needs to assume other responsibility outside of financial responsibility. This part of responsibility is what people expect companies to do though it is not definitely stipulated in the law. Now the role of enterprise has been from the economic role gradually transition to the social role, the enterprise will have a significant impact on the environment and society. Although many large enterprises in the social responsibility has had enough attention on the social responsibility, but a large number of Small micro-enterprise in the market still do not realize the importance of social responsibility, the researchers also did not have in-depth research on this yet. Small micro-enterprise occupy a large proportion of the market, but there has been litter concern on the CSR of such large proportion of business groups. This study suggests that the main reason of this is the conflict between economic responsibility and social responsibility. Compared with large enterprises, Small micro-enterprise face more intense competition, they are at the risk of being eliminated at any time. Their main focus are always on how to maximize profits and they have no idea about CSR. Small micro-enterprise have unique characteristics, they have more effective business advantage than large enterprise in some respects. Their CSR in not irrelevant things, Small micro-enterprise can bear their CSR by different ways from big enterprises. This study clearly points out the necessity and inevitability of Small micro-enterprise’ CSR. External drivers and internal strengths promote Small micro-enterprise to shoulder CSR, and CSR have an important role on the healthy development of Small micro-enterprise. In this study, there is a clear understanding of the situation of CSR views and problems through interviews with executives of Small micro-enterprise. According to interviews, this study analyzed the degree of importance of different types of Small micro-enterprise, then define the CSR of Small micro-enterprise. In the view of the problems Small micro-enterprise faced, this study draw some mature foreign experience and put forward Small micro-enterprise CSR promotion strategy. Small micro-enterprise should start from their own situations to bear CSR, they can not be unrealistic. Focus on Small micro-enterprise CSR, it should be the main whatever, while have a great impact on the outside, but also good for their own interests. Small micro-enterprise in different industry have different direction on CSR, especially on their own core stakeholders. In this study, in order to analyze the different needs of Small micro-enterprise to bear CSR, Small micro-enterprise was creatively divided into four types. Small micro-enterprise are with great vigor in the market, the development of Small micro-enterprise reflect the advanced status of the local economy to some extent. Research on Small micro-enterprise should be multifaceted, such as policy support, development, CSR and so on. In later studies, the objects of CSR will be more diverse, and not just confined to MLEs. If all enterprises assume their CSR, it can establish a good market environment and enterprises can develop to a better direction. | |
