中文摘要：	1979年以来，中国的信托业已有三十多年的风雨历程。从中国信托业的发展规程中，我国的信托行业逐步向合理化、专一化、规范化趋势发展。我国为了规范行业准则，先后进行了五次大的整改和调整，2001年至今，《信托法》、《信托公司管理办法》以及《信托公司集合资金信托计划管理办法》的颁发，更加的规范了信托行业标准。在改革开放和经济体制完善的宏观经济层面下，我国的信托行业在2001年到现在得到了极大的发展，2013年底，中国信托业总资产管理规模逼近11万亿大关。 　　　信托业高速发展的原因有如下几点：1、中国经济在过去20年保持高增长，使得国民财富迅速积累，居民对投资理财的需求迅速增加。2、在分业经营、分业监管的金融体制下，信托公司相比其它各类金融机构，投资范围最为广泛，投资方式最为灵活，收益相对较高。3、持续的银行信贷规模管控环境下，信托公司满足了企业的融资需求。4、大量高素质人才加盟信托业。 　　　但是，在高速增长的信托业管理的资产规模下，信托业并没有寻找到真正适合信托公司发展的方式和方法，“粗放经营”“技术含量低下”“过于依托房地产、矿业等高风险行业”“土豪”一词成为了信托公司信新的标签，所以改变传统的经营理念，通过业务模式创新，开启信托公司创新的经营模式，才能使信托公司在我国家国情下，充分发挥自身经营优势，取得长远进展。 　　　本文从宏观角度剖析当前中国信托业经营现状，优势与挑战。从微观角度以华宸信托有限责任公司（以下简称：“华宸信托”）和其它多家主流信托公司的经营模式和业务实例为参考，从业务层面和营销层面对信托业经营模式展开创新研究，在本文的创新研究中过程中，本着可行性和可操作性的基本原则，提出了多项业务创新和营销创新方案。本文的创新点是对中国信托业经营模式的更为细致的讨论，在探讨研究中对信托行业的发展进程做出了思路的设计和调整，并且提出了更加符合我们国家国情的基于业务和营销的创新经营模式。
英文摘要：	From the development process of Chinese trust industry in perspective, trust industry trend gradually to rationalize and reform of the State Council of the trust industry at different levels , and enacted provisions " trust management approach " and other legal provisions in 2006 . In recent years, honed , and improve our economy, but also because of the economic reforms and institutional trust industry has been making great progress in the last two years the trust industry to a certain degree of development , the total assets under management approaching 11 trillion mark. The rapid development of the trust industry property of their reasons: 1 , China 's economy maintained a high growth in the past 20 years , making the rapid accumulation of national wealth , the rapid increase in residents' demand for finance and investment . 2, in the separate operation , separate supervision of the financial system , compared to other types of financial institutions, trust companies , investment widest range of investment most flexible way . 3 , the size of bank credit under continuous control environment , trust companies to meet the financing needs of enterprises. 4 , a large number of highly qualified personnel to join the trust industry . However, in the rapid growth of assets under management in the trust industry , the trust industry does not find appropriate ways and means to truly trust development, "extensive management" and " low -tech " " overly relying on real estate and other industries ," " Tyrant " has become a trust letter new label , so changing the traditional business philosophy and business model , be possible to play to their business advantage , achieve long-term progress . In this paper, Chen Hua Trust Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter: " Hua Chen Trust " ) as the main reference object , analyzes the current operating status of Chinese trust industry , the advantages and challenges. Meanwhile this basis, through the examples of a number of mainstream business trust is analyzed from a business level and at the level of the trust industry marketing business model innovation relative depth study commenced the process of innovation and research , in line with the feasibility and the basic principles can be workable , made a number of business innovation and marketing innovative solutions . The innovation of this paper is the business model of Chinese trust industry more detailed discussion , in the study of the development process to explore the trust industry has made the design and adjust their thinking , and we discussed , made more in line with our country 's national conditions based on the business and marketing business model .
