中文摘要：	摘要 本文的研究目的是在对国内外风电设备需求进行充分调查和系统研究的基础上，制定科学的发展规划，为涞水风电装备制造基地及科研项目决策提供科学依据，为项目未来发展指明方向。论文以市场调查与预测理论和区域经济分析理论为指导，以河北中航融智科技发展有限公司涞水风电装备制造基地及科研项目的可行性为研究对象，在对风电装备市场产业发展环境及电力市场需求进行充分调研的基础上，制定了项目发展可行性规划，该规划方案从河北中航融智科技发展有限公司涞水风电装备制造基地及科研项目的实际出发，从项目建设条件、工程建设方案、环保与节能以及资金与财务收益等多个方面对项目可行性进行了充分论证，并详细阐述了项目实施的具体措施和对策建议。 本论文的创新点在于，从理论与实际相结合的角度，在对风电装备产业市场发展现状进行科学预测的基础上，对项目的可行性进行了充分的论证，并在此基础上提出了可操作化的建议。希望该项研究对提高项目决策的科学性，提高公司效益，促进地方经济发展有所帮助。 本文全文共分七章：第一章是绪论部分，内容包括选题背景与选题意义、研究思路与研究方法、研究内容与研究框架三节内容；第二章是相关理论及政策依据，内容涉及区域经济发展理论、市场调查与预测理论，以及相关政策依据三部分内容；第三章是风电装备市场环境分析；第四章是项目建设条件；第五章是项目规划方案；第六章是项目实施与保障；第七章是本文的结论部分。
