| 中文摘要: | 过去的十几年间,我国寿险业经历了井喷式的增长,也经历了长达五年的平台调整期。特别是随着寿险在我国国民经济和人民生活中的地位越来越重要,行业竞争日趋激烈、竞争平台不断提升和丰富,行业监管进一步加强,价值成长导向渐成行业发展主流。可以预见,未来相当长一段时期,我国寿险业将致力于消化十余年高速增长积累的巨大资源,保险企业的发展目标、战略和营销策略将日益多元化和丰富多彩,预期行业竞争将朝向更加深层次发展。对于像中国人寿这样的传统优势企业而言,这样快速变动的环境既带来了更多的发展机遇,同时也给他们保持和巩固行业领先地位带来了比以往更加沉重的压力。特别是随着我国加入WTO,保险市场开放程度日益加快,行业竞争主体不断增加、产品门类日趋丰富的大背景下,市场份额向新兴企业分散既是理论也是现实。本研究以中国人寿天津分公司的战略管理为案例,对该公司“十二五”期间启动的“卓越对标发展战略”形成的理论依据、环境背景进行分析,对以标杆管理为核心的战略管理模式的目标、内容及落实举措进行讨论,以期以中国人寿天津分公司为缩影,对像中国人寿这样的传统优势企业的战略管理模式进行研究。本文对我国保险业的发展历程、当前宏观经济形势下的行业状况及发展趋势进行分析,提出了当前行业发展所面临的问题和挑战。本研究运用理论分析的方法,对主流战略管理理论及其历史延革进行了回顾,并以中国人寿天津分公司为案例,对其面临的行业竞争环境运用波特“五力竞争”模型的方法进行分析,在此基础上对该公司“卓越对标发展战略”的选择和实施过程进行实证研究,明确了科学有效的战略管理,对寿险企业应对竞争、打造核心优势的重要作用。本研究还对当前寿险行业和寿险企业“创新驱动”的前景进行了分析和预测,并围绕近年来保险监管发生的若干深刻和重大变化,对寿险行业未来的发展方向、竞争特点和对保险企业战略选择的影响进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Over the last ten years, the life insurance industry in China has experienced a very fast growth, and the platform also has experienced an adjustment period of up to 5 years. Especially, as the position of life insurance in the Chinese national economy and the Chinese people’s life become more and more important, the industry competition is intensifying, the platform is continuously improving, the industry supervision has been further fortified, and the value of growth oriented will become the mainstream. Therefore, it can be predicted that, during a long time of future, the Chinese life insurance industry will be committed to digest the huge resource accumulated during the last ten years, the development target and the marketing strategy of insurance companies will become increasingly diverse and colorful, the industry competition is expected to face a more in-depth development. For the outstanding enterprise such as China Life insurance company LTD. (China Life for shortly hereafter), the rapid growth in the marketing environment brings the development opportunity, but also gives heavy pressure on that how to consolidate their leading position in the industry. With the accession to WTO, the accelerating openness of market, the increasing competition of industry and the growing number of product categories lead the dispersion of market share become both theoretical and realistic. By using the strategy management of Tianjin branch of China Life as an example, this paper will study the theory evidence and environment background based on its Excellent Benchmarking Development Strategy which was launched during the Twelfth Five-year period, in order to discuss the strategy management model of traditional outstanding company. This study presents the current issues and challenges faced by the insurance industry, by analyzing the development process of Chinese insurance industry in the past and the development trend under the current Macro-economic situation. By using the example of Tianjin branch, this research employs the method of theoretical analysis to review the main theory of strategy management and its historical evolution. This research also utilizes the Porter’s Five Forces Model to study that why Tianjin branch choose the Excellent Benchmarking Development Strategy and how to implement this strategy, finally, to show the important role of Strategic management of scientific and effective in dealing with competition and building core strength for insurance enterprises. This study analyzes and predicts the prospect of innovation-driven of the current insurance industry and insurance companies. This study also forecasts the development direction, the competition characteristic and the influence of choice of strategy for the insurance companies according to the significant changes of Chinese insurance regulation in recent years. | |
