中文摘要：	在互联网高速发展的时代，网络信息资源极为丰富并呈爆炸性增长，对于人们利用信息资源在某种程度上可以说是无限的。然而这些网络信息资源往往具有庞杂多变、分散无序的特点，发现并找到具有实用价值的有关某专题的信息并不是一件容易的事情。同时，在Web2.0环境下，用户对信息需求的满足方式和信息服务方式提出了新的要求，强调开放、共享、参与和创造，需要主动的个性化的信息服务。这就需要综合考虑网络专题信息的管理和用户体验问题，利用网络专题管理系统WTMS来搜集、组织和管理网络专题信息，并且加入Web2.0的服务思想和理念，以解决网络环境下专题信息的获取问题。 在这样的背景下，本文将Web2.0与网络专题管理系统WTMS结合起来，梳理相关问题理论研究及其发展概况，在归纳已有研究成果的基础上，分析如何利用Web2.0的理念和技术来实现专题信息的采集、管理、订阅、交流和共享等问题，从而能够让用户全面、准确、快速地获取有用的专题信息，满足用户的个性化服务需求，这也是本文的创新之处。 本文共分为五个主要部分，主要内容如下：第一章作为绪论部分讨论了本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义，并简要介绍了本文的研究框架、研究方法和创新之处。第二章主要介绍国内外对于专题信息的管理研究和信息管理的相关研究成果，阐述了国内外Web2.0的研究现状。第三章阐述了Web2.0的含义、特征及应用，介绍了网络专题管理系统WTMS，分析了Web2.0的思想和技术在专题信息管理中的应用。第四章和第五章作为论文的核心部分，介绍了网络专题管理系统WTMS的八个功能模块：网络专题信息的采集、用户管理、系统管理、信息组织管理、信息订阅管理、信息交流管理、信息共享管理和人机界面管理。在每个功能模块中运用和体现Web2.0的思想和技术，如：利用Tag来实现专题信息的组织管理，利用RSS技术实现专题信息的订阅，利用Blog和Wiki 进行专题信息的交流等等，并详细说明了各个子模块的功能。第六章总结了论文的研究成果，提出了研究中的局限性所在，并展望了基于Web2.0的网络专题管理系统WTMS未来的发展方向。
英文摘要：	In the time of high-speed developing Internet, the network information resources are very rich and at explosive growth. The use of network information resources for people can be said to be unlimited to a certain extent. However, the network information resources are often numerous and changeable，scattered and disordered, so it is not easy to discover and found out the practical information of a certain topic. At the same time, under the Web2.0 environment, the user puts forward new requirements on the methods to meet the demand for information and information services. It emphasizes open, sharing, participation and creation, and the initiative-individual information services. So we must consider the Web topic information management and user experience, use the Web topic management system WTMS to collect and manage the Web topic information, and join the service ideas and concepts of Web2.0 to acquire the topic information under the network environment. In such background, this research combined the Web2.0 with the Web topic management system WTMS, organize relevant issues in theoretical research and the development survey. On the base of the study of existing research result, this paper analysises how to use the Web2.0 ideas and technology to achieve the collection, management, subscription, exchange, sharing and other issues of the Web topic information. Thus, the user can obtain the useful topic information more roundly, more accurately and more quickly. In this way, it is satisfied that user’s personalized services request, and this is the innovation of this paper. This paper is divided into five main parts, the contents are as follows: In the introduction, the author discuses the topic background and the purpose of the study, and outlines the framework of this paper, the research methods and the innovation. The second chapter mainly introduces the study to the topic information Management and information management-related at home and abroad, and describes the research status of Web2.0. In the third chapter, the paper describes the meaning, features and applications of the Web2.0, introduces the Web topic management system WTMS, and analyzes the application of Web2.0 ideas and technology in topic information management. As the core part, Chapters IV and V introduces the eight function modules of the Web topic management system WTMS: the collection of Web topic information, the user management, the system management, the information organization management, the information subscription management, the information communication management, the information sharing management and the man-machine interface management, and described themselves in detail. The ideas and technology of Web2.0 is applied to all function modules, for example: the Tag is used to achieve the organization and management of the topic information, the RSS is used to subscribe the topic information, the Blog and the Wiki are used to exchange the topic information. At last, the sixth chapter summarizes the achievement of this paper, put forward the limitation in this research, and prospect on the future development direction of the Web topic management system based on Web2.0.
