中文摘要：	目前中国是经济发展迅速成长的代表国家，除了制造业的产业以外，在其他的产业上也迅速发展。尤其是随着网路与3G无线网方面的迅速发展，应用软件产业也正在迅速的发展。智能手机在于1993年IBM企业开发的‘Simon’手机是最初手机。但是随着IBM企业的衰退，智能手机也停止了生产。2007年6月在Apple企业上市了IPHONE，在2008年I-Phone 3G上市以后，开幕了智能手机的市场。然后在Google企业开发的智能手机平台软件‘Andorid’了。手机原来是为无线通讯目标发明的，但是以后随着数码相机的发展，在手机上安装了数码相机，后来随着MP3的发展，在手机上安装了MP3的功能。随着无限网技术与移动通信(3G)的发展，在手机上安装了上网的功能。根据网路的使用，在手机上增加了很多应用软件了。结果发明了现在的智能手机。所以现在的智能手机是现代的数字化技术与通信技术的集合。智能手机应用软件是移动通讯产业及信息技术发展的产物,随着移动网路时代的到来使得网路延伸到移动终端平台，网路不再局限在办公室，家庭等特定场所。从封闭到开放是移动互联的发展趋势，安卓(Android)，IOS, Mobile Window等终端操作系统为第三方软件开发者提供了开放的,有效的软件销售平台,为终端用户提供了低成本的,快捷的软件购买渠道。应用软件的出现带来了移动网路盈利模式的创新,随着技术的进步将出现更多基于移动通讯平台的应用及服务。因此随着智能手机市场的发展，智能手机软件应用市场也迅速会发展了。为突出的是Apple企业在2008年7也开创了手机软件应用商店‘App Store’，Apple企业开发‘App Store’以后 带来了很大利润，尤其是手机软件应用商店模式也带动起来了。Apple的应用商店‘App Store’取得巨大成功后，‘Google Android Market’,‘诺基亚 OVI’,‘微软Marketplace’等别的应用商店也不断出现了。本文主要对手机软件商业模式进行研究。首先，文章描述了应用软件商业模式的概况。并且通过数据及文献将会分析出现在的应用软件现况与方案。第一，通过现在应用软件商业模式研究找出商务模式的特点与问题。在应用软件产业链中寻找新市场开拓机遇与把握发现新的商业模式。第二， 通过收费与免费智能手机应用软件服务分析，对操作应用软件或者从免费转到收费的应用软件的开发者提出方案的意义。

First , the article describes an overview of the application software business model. And through data analysis and literature will appear in the status of the application software and solutions . The first, Study to identify the characteristics and problems of business models through the current application software business model. Looking for new marketing opportunities and seize new business models found in the application software industry chain. Second, Through the toll free smartphone application and analysis software services , application software or operating programs made sense from free to fee application software developers.
