中文摘要:现在的消费者需求是多样的并且在快速的变化着。随着消费者需求越来越广泛,对于产品制造商来说,如果不能快速满足市场和消费者的需求就意味着被淘汰出局。这样就对制造企业提出了要求:提高质量、降低成本、缩短交货周期、提高客户满意度。要达到上述要求,可以从两个方面进行改善,一是从生产的方式方法进行改善,可以采用精益生产理论进行指导。精益生产通过推行生产的均衡化和同步化,实现零库存与柔性化生产来快速响应客户需求同时提高产品质量减少浪费。另一方面从生产的管理流程上进行改善,通过流程的优化可以使管理流程更加顺畅,沟通更加有效,增强监督,从而可以对实现公司的目标起到了良好的效果。 电子制造业在我国的制造业中占有很大的比重,是国民经济重要的基础产业之一。但是普遍存在设备产能管理方法滞后,生产效率低下,客户满意度低,响应市场速度慢等缺点。本文拟对H公司为代表,对其生产改善进行研究。通过分析H公司生产存在的问题,确定改善目标,提出改善办法。主要通过流程优化和精益生产两个理论,来对公司的生产流程和生产方式进行改善。 通过研究发现流程优化可以使公司计划管理流程更加贴合生产实际情况,使交货周期更加可控,质量管理更加高效。H公司通过实行精益生产不断消除瓶颈工序会使生产线的平衡率有大幅度的改善,同时应用精益生产思想指导生产设备布局使生产的柔性化有了显著提高。并探讨了如何利用看板管理、标准作业等工具来消除七大浪费,并对H公司的质量改善提出建议。 公司的改善不是几个人很容易就可以完成的,是需要公司有良好的企业文化作支撑,也需要一个高效有责任感的团队来执行,更离不开信息技术的支持。  
英文摘要:Now consumer demand is diverse and rapidly evolving .As consumer demand more and more widely ,if the product manufactures can not satisfy the market and consumer demand they would be eliminated. It is put forward for manufacturing enterprises requirements: to improve the quality, reduce the cost, shorten delivery cycles, improve customer satisfaction .To meet the above requirements, the company can be improved from two aspects, the fist one is to improve the methods of the production ,which can be guided by the theory of lean production. Lean production through leveling production and flexible production to rapid the response of customer needs and to improve product quality and to reduce waste. On the other hand ,use the theory of production management processes optimization can make the management process more smoothly and make the communication more effective and meanwhile this theory can guide the process to better supervision. And then companies can easily achieve their goals. Electronic manufacturing industry occupy a large proportion in our country’s manufacturing industry ,it is the national economy important basic industries . But most of the company are inefficient ,they have low customer satisfaction . This paper on the H company as the representative, the improvement of production. Through the analysis of the existing H production problems, determine the improvement objectives, put forward the improvement measures. In this paper use the processes optimization and lean production to improve the company's operations management. Through the research we find that processes optimization can make the company plans fit the actual situation of production ,make the delivery cycle more controllable. H company use the theory of lean production to eliminate the bottleneck process can make the line balance rate is greatly improved, at the same time, the application of lean production thought to guide production equipment layout enables flexible production has been significantly improved. And discusses how to use the Kanban management, standard operation and other tools to eliminate waste. The improvement in the company can not be easily finished by few of people, it need the support of corporate culture ,team and the information technology
