中文摘要:随着信息技术的高速发展所引起的“市场成本”的下降以及全球战略重点从第二产业到第三产业的转移,现代服务产品的生产过程被分解成更小单位,从产业间的分工逐渐细化为产品内的分工,并通过互联网在全球重新配置。在制造业研发设计及其他高端环节转移和现代服务业的全球兴起所代表的全球产业转移的出现的大背景下,“服务外包”应运而生。 在服务外包产业获得高速发展速度的同时,对服务外包产业的研究却局限于产业经济学的战略层与政策研究、产业结构调整、企业创新能力、就业、低碳绿色等方面,对于服务外包产业对消费影响与作用却没有涉及。然而,由于服务外包企业的成本结构中员工工资与福利占总成本50%以上,且员工的工资待遇仍在逐年上升,分析服务外包产业对消费的拉动效应能更好地说明发展服务外包产业的优势并重新认识服务外包产业对经济增长的拉动作用。 基于上述背景与研究现状,本文首先系统地回顾了基于契约理论、专业化分工等理论的服务外包内涵以及消费研究方向与方法,在重新定义服务外包与服务外包产业的基础上,总结了服务外包产业现状与消费的关系。然后,本文分析了服务外包产业对消费水平以及消费结构的拉动作用,并在实证研究过程中考虑到了城镇与农村在消费结构上存在差异。 研究结论发现,服务外包产业的承接量每增加1%,整体消费水平会相应增加1.24%。而消费结构中,城镇消费支出中衣着、交通通讯、医疗保健等支出项与服务外包的发展存在正相关关系,而食品、居住、杂项、娱乐教育上的消费支出与服务外包的发展存在负相关关系;而农村消费支出中,食品与服务外包的发展存在负相关关系。 
英文摘要:With global industry strategy has been shifted from secondary industry to tertiary industry and "market cost" drops rapidly which is caused by rapid development of information technology, modern service product manufacturing process is broken down into smaller units. After year’s development, division of labor in service product manufacturing process has gradually refined from between industries to within the product. And this trend is reconfiguring the world via the Internet. New round of industrial transfer trend of the world economy, which is characterized by global emergence of the modern service industry, high-end manufacturing and R&D transfer gives "Outsourcing" a chance to come into being a hot topic. According to the China Outsourcing Research Center, global outsourcing market has reached 120 billion -1300 million U.S. dollars with the growth rate being over 10%. And the contract completion amount is $61.28 billion in 2012 with international service outsourcing contract amount being $43.85 billion of an increase of 34.4%.Furthermore, the executive amount of service outsourcing is $33.64 billion, accounting for about 27% of the global share. China has emerged as the world's second largest outsourcing supply country. The study on service outsourcing industry has limited itself on strategic industrial economics and policy research, while service outsourcing industry is developing really very fast in recent years. Even when studies involve outsourcing industry’s strengths and significance, topics on industrial restructuring, corporate innovation, employment and low-carbon green research dominate. Papers concerning the service outsourcing industry influence and effect on consumption is not involved. However, due to the cost structure of the service outsourcing enterprises, the proportion of employee wages and benefits on enterprises’ total cost is more than 50%. The rising trend of the employee's wages and benefits becomes increasingly apparent. So studying the service outsourcing industry’s effect on the consumption can illustrate the development of service outsourcing industry and re-recognize the advantages of outsourcing industry’s effect on economic growth. In order to give readers a glimpse of what the service outsourcing is about, this paper systematically reviews service outsourcing’s connotation based on outsourcing contract theory, theory of specialization and so on. In addition, this paper gives main consumer research directions and methods. By redefining service outsourcing and service outsourcing industry, it sums up the relationship between service outsourcing industry current situation and consumption. Then, the paper stimulates analysis of service outsourcing industry on consumption structure through two paths which are "service outsourcing industry-income-consumption" and "service outsourcing industry-consumption", taking the gap between the consumption structure of urban and rural in the empirical research process into account. Our research finds out the conclusion that if service outsourcing completion amount increases by 1%, total consumption increases by 1.24%.And as to consumption structure, there is positive relationship between urban consumption expenditure on clothing, transportation, telecommunications, health care and service outsourcing. However, the relationship between consumption expenditure on food, housing, miscellaneous, entertainment, education and service outsourcing turns out to be negative. Furthermore, with service outsourcing’s amount increases, rural consumption expenditure on food decreases correspondingly.
