中文摘要:大学毕业生的就业问题一直以来是国家和企业都非常关心的问题,特别是近年来高等学校的扩招、企业用人模式的转变造成大学生的就业难度越来越大。大学生的就业质量,一方面跟大学生自身的职业发展息息相关,一方面反映出高等教育水平的高低,最重要的是就业质量对企业的健康发展、社会的稳定具有重大的现实意义。在劳动力市场的竞争愈发激烈的时候,提高大学生自身的综合素质就显得非常必要。而可雇佣能力作为衡量大学生综合能力的一个指标,反映了个体获得工作岗位、维持这种工作岗位以及能够在劳动力市场中重新就业的技能和素质。综上,研究大学毕业生的就业质量问题对于大学生还有企业都具有鲜明的理论和现实意义。本研究将大学毕业生作为研究对象,通过访谈确定了自我效能感和就业质量的关系,在回顾了自我效能感、可雇佣能力和大学生就业质量的相关理论之后提出了相关假设。本研究主要考察自我效能感对其大学生就业质量的影响关系,并分析了可雇佣能力的调节作用。本研究采用问卷星网站来发布和回收调查问卷,通过对问卷数据的统计分析,得出以下的研究结论。首先,在自我效能感对就业质量的影响方面,自我效能感对大学生就业质量有显著地正向影响。其次,在可雇佣能力的调节作用方面,在可雇佣能力的四个维度中,个体适应性能够正向调节自我效能感与大学生就业质量之间的关系。人力资本、社会资本和职业认同的调节作用不明显。最后,作者根据研究结论,为促进大学毕业生的就业质量提出了相关的建议和管理启示。 
英文摘要:The problem of employment of college graduates has been a problem of the countries and enterprises, especially the institutions of higher education in recent years. On the one hand, the employment quality is closely related with the career development of college students. On the other hand, the employment quality is more important for the healthy development of the enterprise. In the labor market, improvement of the quality of college students is very necessary. In conclusion, the research on the employment of college graduates quality problem for college students has distinct theoretical and realistic significance. In this study, university graduates were chosen as the research object, the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of employment was decided through interviews. After reviewing the self-efficacy, employment ability and the employment quality, the assumptions were put forward. This study focuses on college students' self-efficacy, analyzed the employment ability. This research published and recycled questionnaire on the internet, research conclusions were made through the analysis of questionnaire data. First conclusion was that the self-efficacy’s impact on the quality of employment. Self-efficacy has significantly positive influence on the quality of employment. Second was the influence of the employment ability. The employment ability consists of four dimensionality, only human capital and self-adjust had a positive effects on the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of employment. Finally, according to the research conclusion, the study put forward some promotions to the employment of college graduates.
