| 中文摘要: | 随着我国经济的转型和金融体制改革的深入、“金融脱媒”现象的日趋严重,再加上跨国银行的进入等因素的影响,单纯的依靠传统的利息收入业务已经不能维持原有竞争力。面对这一经营环境的变化,我国银行业也逐渐意识到中间业务的重要性,并开始制定适合自身的发展战略。虽然国内学者对此的研究不断增加,但研究的领域主要局限于中间业务的发展现状、影响因素、中间业务对银行绩效的贡献等方面,关于中间业务对不同性质的银行的收入有如何影响,以及通过影响银行的哪些特征来影响收入是一个鲜有研究的领域,可要想有针对性的开展中间业务,发挥其对银行业绩的重要作用,必须明白他们之间的关系,这是本文研究的重要目的。在这样的现实和背景下,本文采用实证研究的方法,以16家上市银行为样本,将其分为两类:国有大型商业银行和股份制商业银行。在现有研究的基础上界定中间业务的概念,完善实证模型,更新样本数据,最后得出结论。论文不仅拓宽以往学者研究的领域,丰富现有的有关商业银行中间业务的理论,同时为我国商业银行发展中间业务提供了有针对性的建议和策略,进而为促使我国银行业的大力发展提供了理论支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With China's economy restructuring and financial system reforming and financial disintermediation phenomenon becoming seriously, coupled with the impact of the multinational banks, commercial banks have been unable to maintain the existing competitiveness simply relying on traditional interest income business. Facing these changes of the operating environment, China's banking industry has gradually realized the importance of the intermediary business and began to develop their own development strategies. Although domestic scholars about intermediary business are increasing, those were mainly confined to intermediary business existing development situations、influencing factors and the contributions of the intermediary business for banking performance. The research of how the intermediary business influencing on the income of various banks is limited. In addition, which bank features have close relationship with the intermediary business income is unknown. If we would like to realize the growth of the intermediary business income of commercial banks, what the commercial banks must deal with is the relationship between the intermediary business income and their own features. Only this can do they achieve the target. Under this reality and background, this paper uses empirical research method to analyze their relationship with a sample of 16 listed banks .Those sixteen banks will be divided into two categories: large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. This paper defines the concept of intermediary business, improves the empirical model and updates the sample data on the basis of existing research. On the final conclusion, this paper not only broadens the field of academic research in the past but also enriches the existing theories about the intermediary business. At the same time, it provides targeted advice and strategies for the development of China's commercial banks on the intermediary business. At last this paper provides theoretical support for promoting the vigorous development of China's banking industry. | |
