中文摘要：	目前，我国中小商业银行都在持续加大债券类资产的持有比重，与此同时，债券类资产的投资收入在中小商业银行的总收入中所占的比重也逐渐增大，债券投资收益在中小商业银行资产结构和利润来源中的作用也越来越重要。因此，中小商业银行在这一时代背景下需要针对债券投资策略的理论指导，同时，也需要采取措施预防投资过程中遇到的风险问题。 本文首先从宏观上描述了我国中小商业银行债券投资业务的现状，并指出了债券投资业务发展中存在的问题并分析其产生的原因，在此基础上，本文有针对性的提出了解决我国中小商业银行债券投资业务问题的方法。最后，结合笔者所在的工作单位----内蒙古银行的债券投资业务中存在的问题，提出了一些实务性的建议，希望为内蒙古银行在解决债券投资业务方面存在的问题提供一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	At present, small and medium-sized commercial banks in China hold the numbers of bond assets are increasing, investment income in total income of commercial banks accounted for more than more, and form a bond investment to the commercial bank assets allocation and profits is increasingly obvious. Therefore the small and medium-sized commercial banks in the post-crisis era of bond investment strategy problem, as well as to the risk prevention and control measures in the process of investment has become the small and medium-sized commercial banks in China must solve the problem. Based on the analysis of present situation of small and medium-sized commercial banks bond investment business development in China, analyzes the existing bond business of small and medium-sized commercial banks in question as well as the influence of bond business in small and medium-sized commercial banks in China are analyzed, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the small commercial bank bond investment business in our country from the macro. Finally, combined with the author's work - the Bank of Inner Mongolia bond investment business problems, puts forward some feasible countermeasures, in order to Bank of Inner Mongolia in bond investment business to provide certain theoretical reference.
