中文摘要: | 物联网(Internet of Things, IOT)作为继计算机及互联网之后的第三次信息科技革命浪潮,正以一种前所未有的方式影响、改变这人们的生活方式,众多信息产业国家已然从国家战略层面制定了物联网产业发展战略,我国也于2011年11月通过物联网“十二五”发展规划将物联网产业的发展提升至国家战略层面。然而,尽管各国政府给予了日益重视的关注,但物联网仍面临高端技术缺位,标准协议缺失,物联网各行业孤立发展等问题,造成物联网产业发展繁荣的重大困扰与障碍。 前任中共中央总书记胡锦涛于清华大学百年校庆上明确提出“推动协同创新”的号召,协同创新被认为是摆脱当前物联网发展困境的有效解决方案。当前全国各地已经出现了一些由物联网相关企业、高校及科研机构等组织组成的物联网联盟,成为物联网协同创新的重要实践。然而物联网协同创新网络涉及众多参与者,参与者间合作机制的不健全严重影响着协同创新网络的协同效应发挥,因此本文以物联网协同创新网络的合作机制为研究点,通过演化博弈论分析不同运行模式下的合作关系演化过程,探析合作实现的影响因素。 本文针对物联网协同创新网络的合作关系,研究了在有限理性下不同运行模式中参与者长期竞合的协同合作机制形成。首先根据主导权归属划分了物联网协同创新网络的运行模式;然后建立了不同运行模式下物联网协同创新网络合作关系的演化博弈模型;进而对不同运行模式下合作关系演化结果及影响因素进行了分析;最后结合我国当前物联网实际发展情况提供了物联网协同创新网络发展建议,并对不同运行模式的有效性进行了对比,指出市场化发展物联网协同创新网络更为有效。本文将演化博弈论应用于物联网协同创新网络合作关系的探索中,具有一定的理论与应用价值。 | |
英文摘要: | As the third wave of information technology revolution following computers and the Internet, IOT (Internet of Things, IOT) is impacting and changing people's lifestyles in an unprecedented way. Many the main information industry countries already developed the strategy for the IOT from the national strategic level, China had also enhanced the development of the IOT industry to the national strategic level through IOT " Twelfth Five-Year plan" in November 2011. However, despite the growing attention given by government, the IOT industry is still faced with the many problems such as absence of high-end technology and technology standard, industries’ isolated development, and so on, which has resulted in the major problems and obstacles for the development and prosperity of IOT industry. Hu Jintao, the predecessor General Secretary of CPC Central Committee, proposed the exhortation of "promote collaborative innovation" on the Tsinghua University Centennial. Collaborative innovation is considered to be the effective solution for IOT industry out of the current predicament. There has been some IOT alliances composed by IOT related companies, colleges and some other research institutions, which have been significant practices of IOT collaborative innovation network. However, IOT collaborative innovation networks involve many participants , the not sound cooperation mechanism between participants seriously impacts the synergies of collaborative innovation networks. That’s why this article takes the cooperation mechanism of IOT collaborative innovation network as the study point, analysis cooperation relationship’s evolution of different operating modes through evolutionary game theory, search for the factors affecting cooperation to achieve. Aiming at the partnerships of IOT collaborative innovation networks, this article researched the formation of cooperation mechanisms for long-term concurrence in different operating modes under limited rational theory. Firstly, divided the operation mode of IOT collaborative innovation networks based on the attributions of dominance. Then established evolutionary game models for the partnership of IOT collaborative innovation network under different operating modes. In the further, analyzed the evolution results and factors of the partnerships under different operating modes. Finally, considering the current situation of IOT in China, I offered development proposals for IOT collaborative innovation network, and by comparing the effectiveness of different operation modes, I found in this research that the development of IOT collaborative innovation networks would be more efficient when developed by market-managed. This article applied the evolutionary game theory to explore the partnership of the IOT collaborative network, and has certain theoretical and practical value. | |
