中文摘要: | 云计算的快速发展为新兴服务业带来了全新的机遇和挑战,由云服务集成提供商、云服务顾客以及云服务功能提供商组成的云服务供应链需要更多的理论支撑,以提高整体的运作效率。考虑到云服务中断事件的偶发性和破坏性,云服务集成提供商一方面可以通过有效的契约设计实现其期望收益的最大化,另一方面也可以通过投保云保险,将云服务中断风险转移给云保险机构。 本文在对云计算服务相关实践现状进行剖析的基础上,结合对云计算风险控制和损失补偿、供应链协调契约、营业中断保险和网络保险等方面相关研究的梳理总结,提炼出本文的主要研究内容,在建立契约模型的基础上,通过比较静态分析和数值仿真分析两种方法,对引入云保险机制前、云服务集成提供商为其自身投保云保险和云服务集成提供商为云服务顾客投保云保险三种情境下的策略选择问题进行了探讨。 本文研究发现,首先,在一定的参数关系下,三种问题情境下的契约模型都存在均衡解,即云服务集成提供商和云服务顾客均可参考本模型的结果采取最优策略;其次,损失补偿比例作为一个关键的参变量,在不同的云服务中断风险下,对云服务集成提供商、云服务顾客的最优决策和期望收益或期望效用产生不同的影响;再次,相比于引入云保险机制前,云服务集成提供商为其自身投保云保险会使其成为唯一的受益方,其期望收益的增加量与损失补偿比例、云服务顾客的安全效用感知系数有关;除此之外,在一定的云服务中断风险下,云服务集成提供商为其顾客投保云保险可以使双方受益,该云保险类型的优势在此时尤为明显。本文得到的研究结论,在一定程度上丰富了云服务供应链契约理论,并给予云服务集成提供商许多管理启示,同时,为云保险市场的兴起奠定一定的理论基础。 | |
英文摘要: | The rapid development of cloud computing brings new opportunities and challenges for the emerging service industry. In order to improve the overall efficiency of operation, more theoretical support to the cloud computing service supply chain composed by the cloud service integration provider, customer and functional cloud service provider is needed. Taking into account that cloud computing service outage events are sporadic and destructive, cloud service integration provider can not only maximize its revenue through an effective contract design, but also transfer risk to the cloud insurance institution by buying related insurance. Based on the analysis of current situation in cloud computing service practice, and the summary of related research in cloud computing risk control and loss compensation, supply chain coordination contract, business disruption insurance and cyber insurance, the main content of this paper is refined. After establishing the contract model, two kinds of methods including comparative static analysis and numerical simulation analysis are used to discuss the strategy in three situations, which are distinguished by whether buying insurance or not and who is actually insured. Several conclusions have been achieved. Firstly, the contract models have equilibrium solutions in the three different situations with certain relationship between parameters;That is the cloud service integration provider and the customer could refer to the models to choose their optimal strategies. Secondly, loss compensation ratio, which is a key parameter has different effects on the optimal decision and expected revenue or utility of the cloud service integration provider and the customer under different service disruption risk. Thirdly, compared to the situation without insurance, cloud service integration provider buying himself insurance can make him to become the only benefit party and the expected gain is related to the loss compensation ratio and the security utility perception factor of the customer. Last but not the least, the cloud service integration provider buying insurance for his customer can benefit both of them and the advantage of this type of insurance is very obvious under certain service disruption risk. The conclusions of this paper enrich the theory of cloud computing service supply chain contract to a certain extent, support the cloud service integration provider with many management implications and lay a theoretical foundation for the rise of the cloud computing insurance market. | |
