中文摘要：	随着社会的快速发展，项目质量管理理论得到不断的完善和发展。项目质量管理作为项目管理重要的一项内容，在企业发展过程中应用广泛，越来越多的企业意识到加强项目质量管理的重要性。近几年中国经济飞速发展，国内丁辛醇新建项目在不断增加，市场竞争十分激烈，为了提高产品在市场上的竞争力，建设一个合格的丁辛醇项目十分重要。本文以天津碱厂丁辛醇项目为例，通过对项目管理理论的学习和研究，运用科学地项目质量管理理论方法，分析了项目建设过程中影响项目质量的因素。本文中质量管理主要由质量影响因素和控制两个内容构成。本文通过简单介绍了丁辛醇项目的特点，分析了一些主要影响因素。如在项目准备阶段过程中，丁辛醇项目的建设内容复杂、专业化程度高、团队缺乏专业技术人员和资金不足的问题；在项目实施过程中，施工人员的安排、施工材料的采购和设备的选型问题；在验收过程中，现场设备的调试和资料归档的问题等等。我们根据影响因素的特点，确定了项目质量控制目标，同时提出相应的质量控制对策、建立了比较完善的项目质量控制体系，较好地解决项目质量管理过程中存在的问题。天津碱厂丁辛醇项目按照项目质量管理体系建立的要求，有组织、有计划地在项目建设过程中开展一系列的项目控制管理活动，使丁辛醇项目能够达到有关质量标准和要求，确保丁辛醇项目顺利完工，在满足了新产品生产要求的前提下，为企业未来的发展奠定基础。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of society，the theory of project quality management has get continual improvement and development. Project quality management is an important part of project management. It’s used widely in enterprise development process, More and more enterprise realized that the important of project quality management. China’s economy has fast developed in recent years. The construction of butanol and octanol Project are on the increasing. There is lots of competition in the market. In order to improve the product competitiveness in the market, the construction of a qualified butanol and octanol project is very important. As a case, Tianjin soda plant has through the research and study on project quality management. We used project quality management with the science method. We analyzed the influential factor project quality in the project construction. Quality management is mainly composed of two aspects factors affecting quality and control. We analyzed the mainly influential factors by introducing the features of butanol and octanol project. For example, as butanol and octanol project is featured by its complication of contents, high level of profession, the lack of professional and technical personnel, and we don’t have enough money In the process of project preparation stage; construction personnel arrangements, the procurement of construction materials, the selection of devices in the project implementation process; the operation of devices and data store etc. According to the characteristics of the influencing factors, we set goal and at the same time set control strategy and establishing and improving control system. We have solved the existing problems in the process of project quality management. In accordance with the establishment of project quality management system requirements, Tianjin soda plant to carry out a series of projects in the project construction process control management activities. Finally we solve the problem in the project construction. By using effective control strategy we make the goal and it’s very helpful to enterprise development in the future.
