| 中文摘要: | 随着物流国际化的要求,信息技术的发展和现代物流管理手段与技术的应用,第三方物流通过自身努力很难满足客户多样化和及时化的需求。从而产生了以第三方物流、咨询公司和信息技术公司为基础的新兴物流服务模式——第四方物流。 第四方物流的发展对供应链的管理与运作意义重大。而在以知识为核心的信息型企业中,知识管理对企业的发展和在市场中保持住持久的竞争力非常关键。本文选取了第四方物流的知识管理这样一个视角,创造性地从知识管理的角度来研究第四方物流的知识管理问题,为第四方物流的发展与管理提供可以借鉴的建议。 本文首先搜集了大量的国内外有关第四方物流企业或组织的发展实例,从知识管理的角度归纳出这些企业或组织知识管理的一般特征与规律。其次,对组织知识管理及其相关的理论进行研究和综述,将组织知识管理理论应用于第四方物流组织的研究,演绎分析出第四方物流组织中的知识存储、共享与创新等知识管理问题。最后,从现实中抽象出第四方物流组织下不同类型企业的知识共享博弈模型,通过定量的分析来证明和解释现实中的管理问题。 本文通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,研究得出以下几个结论:第一,第四方物流的产生和发展是市场运作的结果,并且知识的积累和创新使得第四方物流的服务更具价值。第二,在第四方物流组织下,不论是智力型企业之间,还是实物型企业之间,如果企业愿意合作采取一致的知识共享程度,企业合作情况下达到的知识共享程度比不合作情况下的共享程度要高。第三,智力型企业积累知识的投入成本随着企业之间知识共享程度的增大而增加。而实物型企业只有在企业之间的知识互补性足够大的情况下,企业积累知识的投入成本才会随着企业之间知识共享程度的增大而增大。第四,在一定的知识共享程度下,实物型企业之间的知识互补程度越高,两家企业合作下的总利润会越高。 | |
| 英文摘要: | technology, application of modern logistics management skill and technology, the third party logistics is very difficult to meet the diversity and in-timing of customers’requirements. This leads to the emergence of the forth party logistics(4PL), which is a new logistics operation mode based on the third party logistics, and relying on the co-work of consultant company and information technology company. 4PL has huge significance to the supply chain management and operation. In the informative enterprise, which is drove by knowledge, knowledge management is critical to its development and maintains the long term competition. This thesis creatively researches 4PL from knowledge management perspective, provides the proposals and comments for the progress and management of 4PL. This thesis studies the knowledge management and knowledge sharing of 4PL based on the relative theory of knowledge management and knowledge sharing. Based on the qualitative analysis on 4PL, this thesis establishes and analyses the knowledge sharing game model to clarify the real management issues. By the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis in this thesis, we can come to the following conclusions: 1. Marketing operation leads to the emergence and development of 4PL, accumulation and innovation of knowledge constitute the new wealth of the 4PL. 2. In the organization of 4PL, no matter between intelligence enterprise or real assets enterprise, if they can cooperatively take the same knowledge sharing level, enterprises can reach the higher knowledge sharing level under cooperation. 3. The cost of knowledge accumulation in intelligence enterprise increases as the enhancement of knowledge sharing level, while in real assets enterprises, only when the complement in knowledge between enterprises is large enough, the cost of knowledge accumulation will increase as the enhancement of knowledge sharing level. 4. To some extent of knowledge sharing, the higher complement in knowledge lies in real assets enterprises, the more total profit yields out under cooperative situations. | |
