中文摘要：	计算机通信技术、网络技术、多媒体技术的快速发展促使高校图书馆越来越重视数字化信息资源的建设。特色资源数据库的建设是高校图书馆在数字环境下文献信息资源建设的一项重要内容，也是文献信息资源共建、共知、共享，实现信息服务社会化、网络化的一项重要任务。目前高校图书馆特色数据库普遍存在利用率低、检索功能不完善、宣传力度不够等问题，而艺术类院校由于其自身的专业特色，师生对于特色资源的需求也有别于一般数字资源用户，其使用习惯也与一般数字资源用户有明显不同。本着理论指导实践的原则，主要通过以下几个步骤进行研究: (l) 回顾了特色数据库评价研究的现状。特色数据库评价体系研究处于起步阶段，指出了特色数据库评价体系理论的不足，尤其是突出评价体系专业特色。 (2) 确立评价指标体系。将特色数据库评价问题划分为包含四个一级指标和十一个二级指标以及四十九个三级指标的评价体系，指标既概括又全面，同时易于获得，从而将复杂问题简单化。 (3) 采用层次分析方法赋予各指标权重。通过分析评价体系中各评价指标及其相互关系，根据不同层次的评价指标及其关联关系建立递阶层次分析结构模型，根据专家组对指标关联关系的评价数据建立判断矩阵，并进行一致性检验，最后确定出单层权重向量和总权重向量。 (4) 基于建立的特色数据库评价体系，通过对校内师生发放问卷、专家访谈等方式，收集汇总用户对特色数据库的使用情况、看法及意见。根据问卷反馈数据，利用定量分析法，对天津美术学院自建特色数据库进行评估，验证该评价体系的可行性。最后，通过对天津美术学院自建特色数据库评价结果的分析，对特色数据库评价体系的研究进行了总结，提出了高校图书馆特色数据库，特别是艺术类特色数据库建设中相关的管理、技术及用户感知等需要重点研究和关注的问题，并对下一步的工作进行了展望。
英文摘要：	With the development of computer communication technology, network technology and multimedia technology, university libraries pay more and more attention to the construction of the digital information resources. The construction of characteristic resource database of university library under the digital environment is not only an important content of the literature information resource construction, but also an important method to share the literature information resources, realize socialization of information service. Recently, university libraries face many problems, such as low utilization rate, incomplete searching functions and so on. Due to their professional characteristics, the demand and the habit of arts colleges and universities is different from the general users. Based on the theory-guide-practice principle, the research mainly contains the following steps: (1)The author reviews the status quo of the evaluation of the characteristic database, points out the deficiency of the theory of characteristic database evaluation system, especially highlight the characteristics of evaluation system of professional. (2)Establish evaluation index system. The evaluation index system is divided into four characteristic database evaluation indexes, eleven secondary indexes and 49 tertiary indexes. The index is summarized, comprehensive, and easy to get at the same time. (3)Give each index weight by hierarchical analysis method. The single weight vector and the total weight vector are determined by analyzing the relations among the indexes of the evaluation system, the structure model established according to the evaluation indexes of different levels and their relationships, and the judgment of the expert group. (4) Based on the characteristic database of evaluation system, through the questionnaire and interview with experts from teachers and students, the author verify the feasibility of the evaluation system and evaluate the special database in Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. Finally, based on the evaluation result of the special database construction in Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, summarizing the research of evaluation system, the author puts forward the important problems related to management, technology and user awareness of the characteristic database in university library, especially in the arts colleges, meanwhile the work in the future is discussed.
